They're both going to be class three, 2" inch by 2" inch receivers. On top we have our model from Curt and down below we have our model from Draw-Tite. Now there are a lot of similarities between these two, but we're going to cover the differences first. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford Transit Connect- Video
Today on our 2015 Ford Transit Connect we're going to be taking a look at and also showing you how to install the Hidden Hitch Class III Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver. It's part number is 87651. All right now, here's what our hitch is going to look like installed on our Transit Connect. Going to have our main cross tube comes over here and meets in the middle. It has the 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube opening. The reinforcement collar has kind of a nice rounded edge to it there. See we've got a plate style safety chain connection point. more

Here's what our hitch is going to look like installed. It's going to give a nice, clean look. We've got the round cross tube that comes across over to its connection points here. In the center, we're going to have our receiver tube opening. more

Today on our 2015 Ford Transit Connect we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the CURT custom fit class two trailer hitch receiver. This part number is C12123. Here's what our hitch is going to look like installed. As you can see, we've got our main crosstube, comes over here to the connection points. Here in the middle, the receiver tube opening. This is going to be 1-1/4" by 1-1/4". more

Today on our 2015 Ford Transit Connect, we're going to be taking a look at and also showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame class 3 trailer hitch receiver, its part number is 75852. All right, now here is what our hitch is going to look like installed on our Transit Connect. We're going to have our main cross-tube comes over here and meets in the middle. It has this 2" by 2" receiver tube opening. The reinforcement collar has kind of a nice rounded edge to it there. We've got a plate-style safety chain connection point, nice large openings there, so whatever you want to connect, we shouldn't have any problems. We've also got a small tab that's been welded on for attaching wiring to it. more
