Today on our 2005 Toyota Sienna, well test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 22 cubic feet in metallic silver, part number TH636S. With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our crossbars. Since the feet are already hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as needed to fit around our crossbars while placing our box onto our roof rack. Once we have it situate the way we like, we can then open the passenger side of the box and tighten the two clamps on this side by tightening the hand knobs. When you hear a clicking or ratcheting sound, you know that the clamps are tight. One of the great features of this box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. more

With the factory roof rack system installed on this vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Thule Pulse directly onto our crossbars. With the feet already hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can slide them back and forth to adjust as necessary to fit around our crossbars while placing the box onto our roof rack. With the box situated the way we like, we can open the box and use the hand knobs to tighten our feet around our bars. With all four clamps tight, our box is secured, and we're ready to go. Here at the rear of the vehicle, you can see that we can fully open our rear hatch door without making contact with the rear of our cargo box. more
