Today on our 2012 Mazda 5, well be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium rooftop cargo box, measuring 13 cubic feet in glossy black, part number TH634B. With the Thule Arrowblade podium roof rack system on our vehicle well begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box we can adjust them as necessary to fit around each bar. Well open the passenger side of the box and tighten the two feet on this side using the hand knobs to secure our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to let you know when each foot is secured around the bar. When tightening youll hear a clicking noise to let you know its secure. more

Today on our 2012 Mazda5, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box, measuring 16 cubic feet in matte black, part number TH615. Keep in mind, this box opens from one side only, so we'll be setting towards the passenger side of our roof rack. With the Thule Arrow Blade Podium Roof Rack System on our vehicle, we'll go ahead and place our box directly onto our load bars. We'll open the passenger side of the box and place our feed through the appropriate slots, making sure that they go around the load bars. Then we can use the attached hand knobs to secure each foot around the bar. With all four feet tight, our box is secure and we're ready to go. more

With all four of feet tight, our box is secured, and were ready to go. Here at the rear, you can see that we have full access to our rear hatch door without making contact with our box. more

Well move to the drivers side, open the box, and tighten down the 2 remaining feet using the hand knobs. more

We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, place the feed through the slots and use the hand dials to secure them. more
