Today on our 2013 Ford F250, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine rooftop cargo box, part number TH613. We'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicle's load bars. We'll then unlock the box and open the lid, exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. You'll want to position the slots over the top of the load bars. With the box in position, we can take the clamps and slide them down through the slots over the top of the bars. We can then turn the knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against each load bar. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule sonic Medium rooftop cargo box, measuring 13 cubic feet, in glossy black, part number TH634B. With the factory roof rack onto our vehicle, we can place our Thule Sonic directly onto our crossbars. Since the feet are hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our crossbars as we place our box onto our roof rack. We'll open the passenger side of the box and tighten down the two hand knobs on this side. We'll know that they're tight when we hear a clicking or ratcheting sound. One of the great features of this box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large rooftop cargo box, measuring 16 cubic feet, in matte black, part number TH615. In some cases, depending on where you place your cargo box, you may need to remove your rear antenna. We'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. Since the box opens from one side only, we'll want to scoot it as close to the passenger side as possible for easier loading and unloading. We'll open the box by moving the key to the unlock position and pushing up, and on the inside, we'll take our clamps, fit them through the appropriate slots at the bottom of the box, making sure that the feet of the clamps go around our crossbars. Once those are in place, we can tighten the hand knobs to secure our box. more

With the factory roof rack on our vehicle, we can begin our test fit by placing our Thule Force directly onto our crossbars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our crossbars while placing our box onto our roof rack. We can open the passenger side of the box by moving the key to the unlock position and pushing up on the lid. On the inside, you'll see four hand knobs. more

One thing to keep in mind when installing this cargo box is you may need a tall ladder to reach the back two clamps, as the box only opens from one side. We'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicle's load bars. After positioning the slots over the top of the load bars, we can unlock the box and open the lid, exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. We can now take the clamps and slide them down through the slots over the top of the bars. We can then turn the knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against each bar. more

Now with the height of this F250, I went ahead and used a ladder for the back two clamps, as it was difficult to reach and tighten down the knob. more

Today on our 2011 Ford Edge we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box, 16 Cubic Feet in Matte Black, part number th615. With a roof rack system already assembled onto our vehicle, in order to get this cargo box to fit we did have to remove the antenna from the front of our roof.We'll place our cargo box onto our load bars and then open it up. We'll take the clamps, fit them through the slots and use the hand knob to tighten them around the load bar. We'll do this for each clamp until our box is secure to our roof rack. Once we have it secured we're ready to start loading some luggage and accessories. With the cargo box installed onto our vehicle we can still gain access to the rear hatch without it making contact with our box.That completes today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box, part number th615 on our 2011 Ford Edge. more

We'll make sure that the feet sticking out of the box fit around each load bar.Once we have it situated the way we like we can then open the box and use the hand knobs on the inside to tighten down each clamp. This box opens from both sides so now we'll move to the other side of the vehicle, open the box and tighten the remaining clamps. Once we have our box secured we're ready to start loading up some luggage and accessories.As you can see with this box installed onto our vehicle it does not interfere when opening our rear hatch. We'll close the box and then go over to the other side and open the driver's side of the box. We'll tighten the two remaining clamps on this side by tightening each hand knob. more

Now our vehicle is already equipped with the Thule Rapid Traverse Roof Rack System, so we'll begin our test by placing the cargo box onto the vehicles load bars. We'll unlock the box and open the lid exposing the four knobs. We'll loosen up the knobs and position the claws over the load bars. Depending on where you position the box on your roof, you can go to the other side of the vehicle and open up the lid to expose the knobs closest to you. This double-sided opening lid allows for easier installation and makes it easier to load or unload your gear from either side of the vehicle. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Edge, well be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box, part number Y07193. Our vehicle is equipped with our Yakima Roof Rack System and our RocketBox is preassembled according to the instructions, so were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Well simply sit the box on top of the crossbars with the clamps just in front of the crossbars. Well then need to make sure that our clamps are all opened up. After doing that, we can simply slide the RocketBox back, so that the clamps fall into the crossbars. Once the crossbars are in the clamps, well go ahead and open the lid of our cargo box and tighten down the four red wing nuts on the floor of the cargo box. more

Now our Edge is already equipped with a roof rack from Yakima so were ready to fit the Rocketbox Pro directly on it. Well take the box and set it up on top of our crossbars. Well fit the clamps over our crossbars then well open each side of the box to tighten them down. The black knobs on the clamps allow them to slide when loosened and the red knobs are what will close the claw around the crossbar. Once we have our four clamps in position and tightened down, our box is mounted and were ready to load it up. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Edge we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box, part number th613. We'll begin the test fit by placing our cargo box on top of our load bars. When doing this we want to make sure that the clamps are already preset to the length of our load bars to make installation a little bit easier.Once we have the cargo box situated the way we like it we can then go ahead and open the box and tighten the clamps using the hand knob inside the cargo carrier. Once we have all four clamps tightened and secured to the roof rack we're ready to start loading up our accessories.That completes today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box, part number th613 on our 2013 Ford Edge. more

Today well be doing a test fit of the Thule Pulse Alpine rooftop cargo box measuring 11 cubic feet on our 2013 Ford Explorer. Our Explorer comes with the factory mounted rails and we have installed the Thule Aeroblade load bars on top of those factory rails. To install the cargo box begin by placing the cargo box on top of your load bars. When doing so make sure that the feet of the clamps hanging out of the bottom of the cargo box simply go around the load bars. Then, go ahead and open up the cargo box and tighten each clamp by using the easy grip mounting hardware located inside. When you have each clamp tightened and secured you are ready to close your cargo box. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Explorer, well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box 14 Cubic feet, part number TH614. Our Explorer already has the factory rails installed and it also has a set of our Aero Blade Roof Racks. To install this carrier you want to go ahead and place it onto of your load bars. Make sure that when placing it on top of your load bars that the clamps are secured around each bar. Once you have it centered in line with your vehicle, go ahead and open up your cargo box, go ahead and tighten each clamp by twisting the knobs inside. Once you have each clamp secure and tightened, go ahead and close the cargo box and turn the key in the lock position. more
