Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the etrailer trailer hitch receiver on a 2013 GMC Terrain. This is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed and you get a nice clean look. You do remove this panel and it won't go back on, but it does sit pretty well here in the bumper and most of the hitch is pretty well hidden. So you do get a clean look and the usability of your hitch. Now this is a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening which is a great option for ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers. This is kind of the standard size so you're definitely gonna have plenty of options available for any accessories. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2013 GMC Terrain we'll be having a look at our best hitch options. We have three different hitches here for you today. On the top we have a Draw-Tite, part number 76028. In the middle we have a CURT, part number 13591. On the bottom we have the etrailer.com hitch, part number E98865.Now for a brief summary about our hitches. As far as weight capacity goes, the Draw-Tite hitch is the best option here because it does have the highest trailer weight capacity and tongue weight capacity. more

Today on our 2013 GMC Terrain, we will be installing the Draw-Tite MaxFrame Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver. Part number 76028. Here's what the hitch looks like once it's installed. As you can see, it's a nice, clean installation. The only thing that really sticks out is our class 3 2" receiver here, and a little bit of the frame on the body of the hitch. We have our standard 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole, in the back, and in front of that, we have a smaller hole, which is for a J-pin stabilization device, which you can purchase separately on our website. more

Today in our 2013 GMC Terrain, we will be installing the Curt 2 inch inch receiver hitch, part number 13591. This is what our hitch will look like once installed. Next, we will go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist your selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer most edge of the bumper is 3 1/2 inches. From the top of the receiver tube to the ground is 14 3/4 inches. This will assist you in selecting accessories such as a ball mount, bike rack or cargo carrier. Now we'll go ahead with the installation. more

Today on our 2013 GMC Terrain, well be installing the Hidden Hitch trailer hitch receiver, part number 90145. Now here's what our hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outer most edge of the bumper is approximately 3 1/2 inches. From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground is approximately 14 1/4 inches. Now let's go ahead and install our hitch. We'll first go ahead and point out our attachment points. There's a total of six attachment points. We'll begin here with the two center locations. Now over here on the passenger side there's two more attachment points. more
