Malone Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Malone Pilot 4 Bike Rack for number MPG2112-2115. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. One of the more common features about this bike is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle with all four bikes still attached so it can have rear hatch access. To do that, we'll come up to the front here, snap this loose, and lifting up on the rack a little bit, we'll remove the pin completely. You'll notice with that pin removed, it still doesn't fall. That's because there is a catch up at the front here to prevent it from falling so you don't have all that weight coming down at you at once, and you have time to come back here and get a decent grip. more

Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test-fitting the Malone Pilot Two-Bike Platform Rack for 2-inch hitches, part number MPG2112. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. One of the more prominent features of this bike rack is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle with both bikes still attached, so we can gain rear hatch access. To do this, we'll come up to the front, lift up slightly, pop the pin loose, and you'll notice that even though the pin is loose, it's not coming down. It's a safety feature where they have a catch up at the front, so once you do remove that pin, all that weight's not coming down on you. You can get a better footing. So, pull out, and let it come down, and now we have rear hatch access. more

Malone Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Buick Enclave MPG2124- Video
Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Malone Hanger 4 Bike Rack for 1 1/4" and 2" hitches. Part number MPG2124. We already have our bike installed on the rack, so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. The bike is held into place at two points. We're going to have a strap off to the side here which is going to be the anti-sway cradle, that's going to keep the bike from moving too far back and forth and making bike-to-bike contact. Then we'll have this one up at the top as well to hold it in place. The cradles are adjustable, back and forth and side to side, and can be tightened down with these bolts in the center here. We also have two reflectors on the ends of the arms as well, for better visibility at night. The mast has a couple of features, one of them being this pad here in the center, and again, that's to protect your frame of your bike, should it make contact with that, there won't be any scratches or abrasions. more

Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave we're going to be test fitting the Swagman Dispatch 2-bike rack platform rack, part number S64684. We already have our bike installed on the rack. Let's take a closer look. How the bike is actually attached to the rack, we're going to have three points of contact. We're going to have two straps at each wheel, and then we're going to have this frame hook up at the top which is padded so your bike will not get scratched up once it's being installed. It has a nice raised shank here so even if your hitch does sit low to the ground, you're not going to have any clearance issues. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. more

Hollywood Racks Trail-Rider Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Buick Enclave- Video
Today, on our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Bike Rack for inch and a quarter and two inch hitches; part number: HR200. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go and take a closer look and show off some of our features. How this is attached to the bike rack; we're going to have three points of contact. We're going to have two hook and loop straps on either tire and then, we're going to have this padded frame hook up at the top here. It is padded so that when we install your bike, it's not going to get scratched up. We also have a nice raised shank here, so even if your hitch sits a little bit lower to the ground, clearance is not going to be an issue. Let's go and take the bike off and set it aside. more

Today in our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Softride Element Parallelogram Tilting 4-Bike Rack for inch-and-a-quarter and two-inch hitches, part number SR26248. We already have a bike on the rack. Let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now the most prominent feature about this bike rack is the fact that this can tilt away from the vehicle with all four bikes in tact, which is pretty unique for a hanging style rack. To do that, there's a black lever on the side here of the mast. You pull that out and let it come toward you. more

Yakima HoldUp Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima HoldUp two-bike rack for 2-inch hitches, part number YO2443. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take closer look and show off some of the features. The first one I'd like to show off is the fact that this can tilt away from the vehicle with the bike still attached so you can gain rear hatch access. To do that, we'll come up to the front here to this red knob, lift up slightly, pull the knob out, and let it come down, holding onto the bike rack. Unfortunately, with how far the hitch sets in, we're not going to be able to open up our hatch entirely because it will make contact with the handlebars there. To lift it back up to its original position, just lift up until you hear the click. more

Male: Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave we're going to be test fitting the Kuat Beta aluminum folding 2-bike rack for 2" trailer hitches, part number B202-2. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. First off, the cradles themselves are fixed in these position, but they do have grooves in them, so once you sit your bike in place, the cables for the brakes and such can actually fit into these grooves and not get smashed against your frame. It holds your bike at three points. We're going to have two straps up at the top and one off to the side. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Buick Enclave th912xtr- Video
Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave we're going to take a look at the Thule Roadway 2 bike rack, part numbers TH-912-XTR. We'll have a bike on the rack and we have the rack hooked to our vehicle. Just going to show you a few features of it: now how we have our bike strapped down to our back rack, we have a total of 3 straps. We have 2 up top, the one to the side is our anti-sway strap, so we're going to go ahead and remove the 2 up top first, then we're going to remove the anti-sway strap, then if you're loading your bike you just do it the opposite way. You put the anti-sway strap on first, then the 2 up top. We're going to take our bike and set it off to the side. more

Today on our 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to take a look at the Thule Vertex Swing Away full bike rack, hanging style. The part number is TH9031XT. Now I have a bike on our rack and the rack hooked up to our vehicle. Just going to show you a few features of it. Now the first feature I want to show you with the bike on, is called "swing away," it's swinging. So, how we want to do that, if you come back here, first we're going to pull the T-pin in here, just pull it out and set it to the side. We are going to take this black knob here, and loosen that, so you can get that unloose. more
