Yakima BedRock HD Truck Bed Cargo Rack Review - 2020 Toyota Tundra- Video
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Yakima BedRock truck bed rack system here on our 2020 Toyota Tundra. So this is gonna be a pretty cool way of really starting to maximize your guys' bed space that you have on the back of your truck by allowing you to go ahead and throw some of your cargo or other kinds of accessories here on the top of your bed, gaining you access to lead that bulky cargo underneath it. And again, just giving you a little bit more of a better cargo management system. What's gonna be excellent about these guys, we are only on a nice HD bar set, giving us very good support here, making it really solid and sturdy I really do like these HD bars you guys are probably seeing on that end, too. And nice little tie-off point to go ahead, start securing all of our cargo as well and we can kinda just use that to hold some of our bigger, bulkier cargo, which is really nice. Now the bars themselves are gonna be made of aluminum, however, it has a really good support structure throughout the entirety of it. more

So if you guys are wanting a way of really maximizing everything that you carry here in the bed of your truck, the Yakima OverHaul is definitely an amazing way to do it. What we're getting here for ourselves, it is gonna be an adjustable height bed rack system that allows us to convert this to a ladder rack style system. We could drop it a little bit lower, make it easier to get to some of our nicer accessories. So we can quickly access whatever we want to do. more

If you're really looking to maximize your Tundra, I think that this system is going to be one of the best ways to do it. We have two different kinds, we're going to have the shorties right here, we can also have the Bedrock HD Bars down low or a taller version of the Outpost. It'd be a little bit taller if you plan on having cargo a little bit over your cab. more

Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we have a 2020 Toyota Tundra and we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima Bedrock HD system. If you're really looking to maximize your Tundra just to be able to get more stuff in your bed, we're going to be able to use the whole entire bed, but we're going to just have these bars to put a bunch of different accessories on here, whether it's just a cargo basket, you can get a big ol' tray to put a bunch more accessories on here, or just a couple of bike racks. This is going to just add a second tier to your truck without having to have a big ol' ladder rack or having to mess with a roof rack.As far as the bars go, they're going to be 78-inches long, made of aluminum, so they're going to be able to withstand all of that moisture and salt on the roads if you keep them on during the winter. They are going to have a nice, powder-coated finish and honestly, it looks really, really good with this color Tundra.As far as the bar go, they are going to have about three inches this way and about an inch and a half the other, so if you do have a clamp-on type of accessory, make sure it's going to be compatible with these type of bars. Most are, but you always want to double check.As far as T-tracks go, I really like the way that this bar handles the T-track accessories. more
