Hi, John with etrailer. Today we have a 2016 Winnebago Vista LX, and we're gonna be taking a look at and installing SumoSprings Maxim Rear Helper Springs on the rear axle here. Now in order for us to get a closer look at the construction and how they mount up to the Winnebago, let's go ahead and pull it in the shop so we can get a closer look. Now with the wheels removed, we can kind of take a closer look at the SumoSprings and how they mount up on this F-53 chassis. So basically this is the rear axle here. Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Timbren rear suspension enhancement on our 2016 Winnebago Vista LX motor home. Now, the need for a rear suspension enhancement comes in when you have a motor home, because let's face it, we look at our motor home, they're pretty tall so they're pretty top heavy, which means we're going to get a lot of body roll. Whether we're going in and out of the turns, start to lean real bad. We're driving down the highway and gust of wind starts to push us. Well, that means we're gonna end up fighting the steering wheel, not to mention everybody in the backs is going to get tossed around. more
