Today we're gonna be looking at the best rear suspension enhancement options for your 2022 Ram 1500. To start off with, I want to talk about the issue before we talk about the solutions for the issue. The RAM 1500, ever since they switched over to the rear coil springs instead of leaf springs, have always inherently been really soft in the rear end, and that is extremely comfortable. It's what makes it one of the most comfortable trucks out on the market when you're not hauling a load. But I know personally from having driven one, having driven a lot of 'em here, that the rear ends of these are very soft because they have those coil springs, when you're hauling a trailer or hauling a load in the bed of your truck, the back end likes to squat a lot. And I say a lot as in sometimes twice as much as a standard 1500 with leaf springs on it. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Ram 1500 we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for the rear axle. But before we get into that why don't we just take a minute, check these out and make sure they're gonna work for you. To really test out and see if there is an improvement with our air springs, what we like to do is some before and after. So right now we have a factory suspension on our truck and put in some weight in the bed of it and we're gonna go on our test course and see how it feels. That way when we get the air springs in, we can compare and see if there's actually an improvement there, which by the looks of it I would assume we could expect some pretty good gains there. more

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look at installing the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 rear airbags on a 2022 Ram 1500. Today's trucks have definitely gotten more comfortable as far as riding in them. And the Dodge suspension is very interesting in the fact that there's no leaf springs, and a lot of trucks are slowly going towards that. And it still has a lot of payload, and you can load this bed up, and really use it as a truck still. But sometimes, that suspension kind of gets to the point where it's doing the best it can, it's just kind of maxed out. more
