Ryan: Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our best trailer hitch options for a 2011 to 2019 Ford Fiesta. Here on top we're gonna have the class one Draw-Tite hitch, and below it we're gonna have the class one Curt hitch.Now, one of the major differences I found between the two hitches is their weight capacity. The Draw-Tite's weight capacity is gonna be a little bit higher. It's going to have a 2,000 pound maximum of gross trailer weight rating and a 200 pound maximum tongue weight rating, while the Curt hitch is gonna offer a 150 pound maximum tongue weight rating and a 1,500 pound gross trailer weight rating.So what that means is our Draw-Tite is going to be able to handle a little more weight. So it could mean the difference of getting an extra bike or two on our bike rack or put in an extra couple of bags on our cargo carrier or even put one or two more things on our small trailer.Another notable difference I found is in the hitch's appearance. more

Today on our 2018 Ford Fiesta, we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install, the Draw-Tite inch and a quarter trailer hitch receiver. This is what our hitch is going to look like installed. Now, although it is mostly visible, because of it's design, it's going to give us an adequate amount of clearance to use just about any hitch mounted accessory you might have.This is a Class I hitch, so it's going to have that inch and quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. It's also going to have a half-inch pin hole. more

Today on our 2018 Ford Fiesta we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Class One Trailer Hitch Receiver.Now this is what our hitch is going to look like installed. Now although it is mostly visible, it is going to provide us with a lot of clearance right here. That way it'll work well with just about any hitch mounted accessory that we're going to use. This is a class one hitch, so it's going to utilize that inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter opening. It's also going to have a reinforced collar for extra strength. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2011 Ford Fiesta - Draw-Tite- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, we're gonna be installing the draw tite sport frame trailer hitch, part number 24961. This class one hitch is ideal for your 1 1/4" accessories, such as bike racks and cargo carriers. You can see here at the back of the vehicle, it's gonna be noticeable sticking outside the bottom. But it's tucked back fairly well so it won't detract too much from the body. It uses 1/2" hitch pin. Now this isn't included, but can be picked up here at etrailer.com using part number PC2. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford Fiesta - Draw-tite- Video
Today in our 2015 Ford Fiesta ST hatchback we'll be installing the drop tight class one inch and a quarter sport frame trailer hitch receiver. Part number 24855. Here's what a hitch looks like installed. As you can see it's a nice fit below the bumper cover of our vehicle here. We have our class one, inch and a quarter receiver hanging down here and our nice, easy to access safety chain loops that even the smallest diameter safety chains will clip onto without a problem. We have our standard half inch diameter hitch pinhole here. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford Fiesta - Curt- Video
Today on our 2015 Ford Fiesta ST Hatchback, we'll be installing the Curt 1 1/4" Class 1 Trailer Hitch Received, part number C11067. Here's what the hitch looks like installed. As you can see, it's nice and tucked up underneath our bumper cover here. We have the Class 1, 1 1/4" receiver sticking down here, and then we have the main body of the frame of the hitch right here, and we got our safety chain loops right here, which is a nice welded angular plates at the bottom of the receiver. They are fairly easy to get on to. Even a small diameter safety chain should be easy to clip on here just fine. more

On this 2014 Ford Fiesta we're going to review and install the hidden hedge class instacorder receiver hitch. Part number 20271. This is what the hitch looks like once installed on our Fiesta. At first glance you can see how it actually sits below the bumper a little bit. Probably maybe around an inch and does go back up as soon as it can and up and over your exhaust. This is our inch and a quarter opening right here, very utilitarian. more

On this 2014 Ford Fiesta, we're going to review and install the Draw-Tite Fort Frame, class 1 inch and a quarter receiver hitch, part number 24855. This is what the hitch looks like once installed on our Fiesta. At first glance, you can actually see how it actually sits below the bumper a little bit probably about an inch. It does go back up as soon as it can, and up and over exhaust. This is our inch and a quarter opening right here, very utilitarian. Just a straight tube, and that's it. This is common for a class one receiver hitch from Draw-Tite. more

To lower the exhaust, we need to remove the two rubber isolaters from metal hangers. more
