Rhino-Rack Master-Fit Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav 4, we will be test fitting the Rhino Rack Master Fit rooftop cargo boxmeasuring 14 cubic feet in silver, part number RMF400. With the Thule Rapid Crossroad roof rack system on our vehicle, we will begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our loadbar. We'll open the passenger side of the box and place our feet through the appropriate slots making sure they go around our bars. While we're on this side, we'll go ahead and use the hand dials to secure our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Master Fit is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, place the feet through the slots and use the hand dials to secure them. With all four feet tight, the box is secured and we're ready to go. Here at the rear you can see that we have full access to our rear hatch door without making contact with our box.Also, this box does not interfere with our antenna. That completes today's test fit of the Rhino Rack Master Fit rooftop cargo box, part number RMF400 on our 2013 Toyota Rav 4. more

Thule Force XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav 4, we'll be test fitting the Thule Force XXL rooftop cargo box, with 21 cubic feet of space, in AeroSkin black, part number TH626. We'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicle's crossbars. After positioning the clamps over the crossbars and pushing the box as far forward as possible, we can unlock the box and open the lid, exposing the two closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against the crossbars. We'll then close the box and move to the other side of the vehicle, where we can again unlock it and open the lid, and tighten down the two clamps. Now this double-sided opening lid also enables you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. more

Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav4 well be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box, part number th636s. Well begin our test fit, by placing the cargo box onto the vehicles crossbars. After positioning the clamps over the crossbars and making sure the box is as forward as possible, well unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We can turn those knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against each bar. We can then use the included pull-down string to assist us when closing the lid and move to the other side of the vehicle. Well then open the lid and tighten down the two clamps. more

After positioning the box as far forward as possible, we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. We can then take the clamps and slide them down through the slots in the bottom of the box over each bar. Well then turn the knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against each bar. Now that everything is all tightened down and secured, you can see that we can easily access the rear hatch of our Rav4. more

Today on our 2013 Toyota RAV4 well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large rooftop cargo box with 16 cubic feet of space, matte black in color, part number TH615. Well begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicles crossbars. After positioning the box on the passenger side we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. Well then take the clamps and slide them down through the slots over top of each bar. Well then turn the knobs to tighten down the clamps to secure the Thule Pulse to our RAV4. Now with everything all tightened down and secured you can see that we can easily access the rear hatch. more
