Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Patriot- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium rooftop cargo box. With 13 cubic feet of storage space and gloss black, its part number is TH634B. With our Thule arrow-blade-edge roof rack already assembled on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our load bars. We found this is the best time to line up our feet, making sure that they go on both sides of our load bars. We'll take a quick look to make sure we've got it centered. Then we'll open the passenger side, reach in, where we can tighten the two handles located closest to us. One of the great features of the Thule SonicSonic large rooftop cargo box is its ability to open from both sides. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Patriot- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, well be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11, a rooftop cargo box with 11 cubic feet of storage space, in black, part number Y07193. With our Yakima rail grab roof rack system already on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly on to our load bars. Well want to be sure while were doing this, that the bottom half of our clamp goes underneath our load bars. We found it easiest to do this as were sliding it on. Well now open the passenger side of the box, reach in and tighten the two red handles closest to us. This will secure this side of the cargo box to our load bars.One of the great features of the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 is its ability to open from both of passenger and driver side. more

We have found it to be easiest at this time, to go ahead and adjust your feet, so they fit around your bars. We'll slide it into position. Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Patriot- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, we'll be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox pro 14. A rooftop cargo box with 14 cubic foot of storage, and black, its part number is Y07192. With the Yakima rail grab roof rack system already installed on our Patriot, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our load bars. We found, this is the best time to get the bottom half of the clamp underneath our load bars, as we slide it on. We'll now open the passenger side of the box, reach in, and tighten the two red handles closest to us. This will secure our clamps around our bars. One of the great features of the Yakima Rocketbox pro, is its ability to open from both the driver, and passenger side. more

Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Patriot- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL rooftop cargo box, with 22 cubic foot of storage space, in metallic silver, it's part number is TH636S. With the Thule Aeroblade Edge roof rack system already on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Sonic XXL directly onto our load bars. We've found it easiest to go ahead and line up our feet as we're doing this. With all four feet around our load bars, we'll begin on the passenger side by opening the box, reaching inside, and tightening the two knobs located on this side until we hear it click. As you can see, the rear hatch does make contact with the cargo box. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic XXL, is it's ability to open from both sides. more

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Patriot- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large. A rooftop cargo box with 16 cubic feet of storage in matte black. Its part number is TH615. With our Thule Aeroblade edge load bars already assembled on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Pulse directly onto our load bars. The Thule Pulse XL opens from the passenger side, so we'll want to favor it to this side when we're installing it. Once we have it in position, we'll then open the cargo box, place our four feet through the appropriate slots, being sure that they go around our load bars. more

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, we will be test fitting the Rhino Rack Master Fit Rooftop Cargo Box. With 14 cubic foot of storage, in silver, it's part number is RMF400. With the Thule Aeroblade edge roof rack system already installed on our Patriot, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our load bars. We'll just take a quick look, to be sure it's centered. We'll now open the passenger side, grab two of the foot packs, place them through the appropriate slot in the bottom of the box, being sure that they go around our load bars, and tighten them down. Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Patriot- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine rooftop cargo box, part number th613. To begin our test fit, well place the carrier on top of our load bars. Then we can open up our cargo box and go ahead and tighten down each clamp using the gray hand knobs. Once we have our clamps secured to our load bars were then ready to load up some of our accessories. With this particular vehicle in this box when trying to access our rear hatch door, we see that it does make contact with the cargo box, even with the cargo box set as far forward as possible. That completes todays test fit of the Thule Pulse Alpine rooftop cargo box, part number th613 on our 2014 Jeep Patriot.. more
