Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevy Cruze we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box, 13-cubic feet of space in glossy black. Part number TH634B. With the rhino rack roof system already installed on our Cruz, we'll make sure the clamps on the cargo box on the underside of the cargo box are open and then center those over both the load bars. Now this box does open from both sides so after positioning it where you like, unlock it and open the box to expose the two closest slots. Turn the knobs to tighten down the clamps. You'll know when the clamps have been fully tightened when the knobs start to make a clicking sound. We'll then move to the other side of the Cruz to repeat the same process. more

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevy Cruze, well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large Roof Top Cargo Box with 16 cubic feet of space in matte black, part number TH615. With the single side opening, youll want to place your cargo box in the passenger side of your Chevy Cruze. When we have the Thule Pulse placed, well open the box using the secure lock key. Well then slide the easy grip mounting clamps through the slots and tighten them to secure the box to our load bars. Once we have all four of clamps secure, we can close the box. Be sure when closing the box to turn the key to unlock position.If the box is not completely closed, the box will not lock and the key cannot be removed. more

Thule Force XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevy Cruze we'll be test fitting the Thule Force XXL rooftop cargo box with 21' of cubic space in AeroSkin black, part number TH626. With the Rhino Rack roof system already installed on our Cruze we'll make sure the clamps on the underside of the box are open, and then center those clamps over both load bars. Now this box does open from both sides so after positioning where you like it, unlock it and open the box to expose the closest slots. We'll then turn to knobs, which will tighten down the clamps. We'll then move to the other side of the Cruze to repeat the same process. The double-sided opening lid will also allow you to load your cargo from either side of the vehicle. Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, were going to be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, a rooftop cargo box with 14 cubic feet of storage space in black. Its part number is Y07192. With our Yakima Q-towers roof rack already assembled on our vehicle, were going to begin by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. Well want to make sure that the lower part of our clamps are going around the underside of our crossbars. Once we have all four of these underneath, well go over the passenger side, open the box, reach inside where well tighten the two red T-handles. One of the great features of the RocketBox Pro 14 is its ability to open from both of the passenger and driver side. Well now go over to the driver side where we can repeat the same tightening process with the two red handles located on this side. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11, a rooftop cargo box with 11 cubic feet of storage space, in black. Its part number is Y07193. With our Yakima Q Towers roof-rack system already installed on our Cruze, we're going to begin our test fit by placing the cargo box directly onto our crossbars. We will want to make sure that the lower jaw of each of our four clamps go around the underside of our crossbars. We'll open the passenger side of the box here, where can reach in and tighten the two red T-handles to secure our clamps around our bars. One of the great features of the RocketBox Pro 11 is its ability to open from both the driver and passenger side. We'll now go around to the driver side, open our box, and repeat the same tightening process that we used on the passenger side. With all four of our clamps tightened around our bars and our cargo box secure, we're ready to load up our gear and hit the road. That will complete today's test fit of the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11, part number Y07193 on our 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. more

Thule Force Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevy Cruze we will be testing the Thule Force Medium rooftop cargo box with 13 cubic feet of space, AeroSkin black in color, part number TH624. With the Rhino-Rack roof rack system on our vehicle, we will begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto our vehicle's cross bars. After positioning the clamps to fit over the bars, we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We will then go ahead and turn the knobs, which will tighten up the clamps up against the cross bars. Now this double sided opening lid also enables you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. We will then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Once all four clamps are all tightened down and secured, that will compete today's test fit of the Thule Force Medium rooftop cargo box, part number TH624 on our 2014 Chevy Cruze. more

Today on our 2014 Chevy Cruze, will be test fitting the Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box with fourteen cubic feet of space, mad black in color, part number TH614. With the Rhino Rack Roof Rack System on our vehicle will begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up on to our vehicle's crossbars. Now since this box only opens from one side, will need to position it on the passenger side of our roof. With the box in place we can unlock it and open the lid exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. We can take the clamps, slide them down through the slots over top of each bar. Will then turn the gray knob which will tighten down the clamps to secure cargo box in the vehicle. more
