Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit Installation - 2014 Chevrolet Sonic- Video
Hey, everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2014 Chevy Sonic, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Roadmaster Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Line Kit, but before we get into that, why don't we just take a minute and talk about why it's a good idea to use one of these. What a battery charge line kit is gonna do is really simple. It's going to use some of the power from your motor home seven-way, the auxiliary power, and send some of that amperage back here to your vehicle's battery, and what that's gonna do is keep the battery topped off and charged up. That way it doesn't get depleted, because what can happen when you're flat towing, a lot of times, you know, your supplemental breaking system, and some other components, at times, it uses your battery power, and so, when you're going on long trips, it's constantly stealing a little bit of power over and over again, and then you get to where you're going, the battery can be dead, and that's a huge pain, because then you've gotta jump it, or charge it, whatever the case may be. So, having this in here is gonna give you that peace of mind knowing, whenever you're going down the road, and you're ready to disconnect, the car's gonna start up, and you're not gonna have to deal with any issues there. more

Roadmaster InvisiBrake Second Vehicle Kit Installation - 2019 Chevrolet Sonic- Video

Today on our 2019 Chevrolet Sonic, we're going to be taking a look at the Roadmaster second vehicle kit for the InvisiBrake braking system.If you flat towed before you know that all the components you're going to need. One of those components is going to be a braking system so we're not relying on the motor home to slow down our vehicle as well. That way we have a nice even braking and it's not going to be tearing up the motor home or our car.Our second vehicle kit is going to allow us to use our existing InvisiBrake in a new car. That way we don't have to purchase the entire braking system again. However, the second vehicle kit is going to come with most of the components, but there are a few things we need from our previous InvisiBrake.Now one of the components that you will need from your previous InvisiBrake installation is going to be the operating unit itself.Another component we're going to need to bring from our old kit is going to be the cable and this assembly here that mounts to the bracket. more

Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit Installation - 2018 Chevrolet Sonic- Video
Today in our 2018 Chevrolet Sonic, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Roadmaster Taillight Wiring Kit for towed vehicles with an LED bulb and socket. That's going to be part number RM-152-LED. That'll help us with our installation. We're also going to be using a Roadmaster seven-wire to six-wire straight cord kit at six and a half feet long. Part number RM-89146-7. Now keep in mind, this is only going to be one component of a safe, complete flat tow setup. more

Blue Ox Tow Bar High-Low Adapter Review - 2018 Chevrolet Sonic- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Chevrolet Sonic, we're going to take a look at the Blue Ox High-Low Adapter for two bars, with a two inch riser drop. Part #BX88128. Out high-low adapter is going to be made out of a steel construction. And it is going to feature a two inch receiver tube opening. And go into a two inch receiver tube.Now, the Blue Ox High-Low Adapter does have a weight rating on it. And, you don't want to exceed 5,000 pounds, which is going to be plenty enough for our Sonic.The overall length of our high-low adapter is going to be right at 13 1/2 inches. more
