Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2022 Ram 2500, and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs. These air springs are gonna mount between the frame of your vehicle and the axle, and what they're designed to do is they're designed to take some of the load so that not all of the load, whether it's in your bed or on your hitch, is going to be on your vehicle suspension. They're gonna give you a much more comfortable ride and help you to level that load. A lot of times, what's happening with these heavier-duty trucks is the suspension is a little bit softer from the manufacturer's, so that the truck is more comfortable when you're driving around every day. Well, that doesn't really help you when it comes to towing a trailer, or in the case of this truck, they're towing a big fifth wheel trailer that weighs 18,000 pounds when loaded down fully. more
