Thule Roof Basket Review - 2006 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on our 2006 Honda CRV, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Canyon XT Roof Mounted Cargo Basket. That's part number TH859XT. This basket's going to allow us to get our gear out of our CRV and put it up on our roof. It's perfect for off-roading or camping. It measures 49 inches long by 40 inches wide and it's 6 inches deep. Thule Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on our 2006 Honda CRV we're going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Canyon Rooftop Mounted Cargo Basket. As you can see we have it already mostly in place up on top of our Thule Arrow Blade Edge roof rack. This cargo basket is going to be a sturdy steel construction with a hundred and fifty pound weight capacity measuring forty nine inches long, forty inches wide and have a depth of six inches. We're going to show you how to place on this last foot since they all go in the same way and one thing to note before you get it up here on your vehicle, is measure your center to center crossbar spread and adjust your brackets before you put it up on the vehicle. That will make it a lot easier when it comes to installation. Once you have it up and in place, you're then going to take your u shaped bolt with your two washers and two wing nuts. Place one washer on each side, bring it up underneath of your cross bar and lay one washer and one nut on each side of the bracket. more
