TracRac T-Rac Pro2 Ladder Rack Review- Video
Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the TracRac T-Rac Pro Ladder Rack for fixed mounts, part number TA37005. This TracRac ladder rack is great for vehicles with a deck rail system, like our Tacoma here because the clamps are specifically designed to work with that, so you now can haul your ladders, your home improvement equipment or your stand up paddle boards or kayaks when you're going to the lake. And since this is a clamp on style, it's just as easy to put on as it is to take off. Plus, there's no drilling required, which is huge bonus. And to help protect the bed rails, they do provide these shims to give you a little bit of cushion once you put the ladder up in place and clamp it down.This can work with vehicles with a toolbox in the truck bed as well. However, there will be some drilling required for that instance. more

For the install, you're going to need protective eyewear, a 9/16ths wrench, tape measure, small hammer, and a scissors. I'm going to show you how to assemble the clamp plates. It's important to keep your threaded plate on the bottom. We lace the cord through, add the remaining spacer plates, tie a simple knot in the end of the cords. more

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2017 Nissan Titan, we'll be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Yakima BedRock Truck Bed Cargo Rack, part number: Y01140-78.The truck bed rack system is going to be a great option for carrying two levels of gear on your truck bed, whether those are duffle bags and coolers on the bottom and bike racks and cargo baskets on the top or a big cargo box, then you're hooked up to your trailer and you have other additional trailer gear in the back.The towers are going to have a rubber coating to prevent any scratches or abrasions on your bed rails. The clamps are going to grab around your bed rail system and give us a nice, secure fit without the need of drilling into your bed rails. They do have the option to lock here, which will help to prevent theft and tampering of your rack system all together.We're going to have a vinyl-coated steel crossbar that won't rust or corrode over time. A great thing about these round bars is that they work with most bike racks and other Yakima, as well as other after-market accessories.This truck bed system fits on most full-sized truck beds, which will allow you to move this rack system to many different vehicles. There are minimum crossbar spreads for different accessories, so double check your instructions and make sure you're using the correct crossbar spread.Now, everything that you see on our table is what we will need to install our bed rack system. Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Express, we're going to take a look at, and show you how to install the Pilot Bully adjustable ladder rack for vans with rain gutters, with 500 pound weight capacity. Part number CG-903. Now, the cross bars are fully adjustable. We can adjust these up or down, just depending on the roof contour of your van. Some of them are a little bit different. MaxxTow MaxxHaul Van Ladder Rack Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Express Van- Video
Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Express, we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the MaxxTow MaxxHaul Van Ladder Rack. This is a 2 Bar steel system with a 500 pound capacity, part number is MT70440. Now the MaxxTow crossbars are fully adjustable, we can adjust these up or down just depending on the roof contour of your van, some of them are a little bit different. You can see we've got a hole here on the side, that'll allow us to attach ropes or maybe like a ratchet strap to secure our cargo down in place. They offer sturdy steel construction and all of our hardware has a corrosion-resistant finish on it just to prevent any of that runoff or that dripping that we sometimes see coming down the side of vehicles with the ladder racks on them. Now we've installed the 2 Bar kit here, that gives us a 500 pound weight capacity. If you wanted to expand this kit, you can go to the 4 Bar kit, which is part number MT70440-2. more

TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're gonna be taking a look at and installing the Track Rack Track One Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part number TA27000-01 in silver. It is also available in black, using part number TA27000B. So, here's what our ladder rack looks like on our truck. It's designed to carry ladders, or any other large equipment that you can't fit in the bed of your truck. Features an aerodynamic design, and the elliptical crossbars are gonna cut down a lot of the wind noise and drag that are commonly associated with ladder racks. It also has an 800 lb weight capacity. It also comes with four tie-downs that are fully adjustable in our T track here. Simply loosen them up by turning them to the left, then we can slide our tie-down anywhere along our track and then to lock it down simply tighten it down by turning it to the right. more

Thule Ladder Racks Review - 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Today on our 2017 Ford F250 Super Duty, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Exporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack. Part number TH500XT. This has a carrying capacity of 450 pounds, and the ladder rack is adjustable up and down to accommodate different heights of trucks, and it can also be expanded up to accommodate different truck bed widths. That is done by loosening up the two bolts on the top here on both sides, making your adjustments and then re-tightening it down. We also have tie downs on both of our crossbars here, and that's to keep your loads together, and you can also use it to tie down your loads as well. On anything from ladder racks to lumber, to whatever it is you're hauling. more

This has an 800 pound carrying capacity, clamps onto your truck bed using the clamps provided on both sides. This is a fixed ladder rack therefore cannot be adjusted, however it can be adjusted from side to side to adjust to various truck bed widths. It has an aerodynamic shape to the bars on both the front and back. This is gonna cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving. more

Thule Ladder Racks Review - 2017 Ford F-150- Video
Today, on our 2017 Ford F-150, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Ladder Rack, part number TH500XT. This has a carrying capacity of 450 pounds, and it clamps onto your truck bed using the clamps provided. They also do have locks available, as well, so you can secure this to your truck bed. Now, to make it adjustable to varying truck bed widths, you can loosen up these two bolts at the top on both sides, and that'll actually widen it or narrow it, however which way you need. The bars themselves are aerodynamic in shape to cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving, and it does come with these stoppers to hold down your loads, whether it be ladder racks, lumber, or anything else you might be hauling. We have these fit dials here, which you would turn to the left to loosen them up on both sides. Lower them to whatever height you need. more

You'll do this on both sides, then adjust them accordingly, and re-tighten them down. more

TracRac TracONE Ladder Racks Review - 2014 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2014 Ford F150 we're going to be taking a look at the TracRac Track 1 truck bed ladder rack, part number TA27000-01. Now these ladder racks are made of a strong, durable aluminum and it has a powder coat finish so it's going to resist corrosion. Both bars do feature a track and they also come with four supplied tie downs that you're going to move and lock down for making sure all your gear is secure. With the clamp on design it's going to be easy to install with no drilling and it's also going to fit many different truck applications. As you can see, we already have the front section installed and we'll go ahead and install the back one together. You're going to take your ladder rack and carefully put it onto your bed rails in the general area of where you're going to want it to sit. We're going to take our clamp with our T-plate on the bolt, and what I like to do is slide it in the channel it's going to be going in the bottom, and then slide it over and then we can get it loosely tightened by hand for now. more
