It's an awesome ladder rack to add to your vehicle if you don't necessarily want it on your vehicle all the time. If you want something that is usable to where you can easily take it off, there's just four bolts you have to do, then you can lift these and take them off and inaudible 00:00:24 off your garage. Colin: Hey everyone, it's Colin here at etrailer, and today we have a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, and we're going to be doing a test fit of the Erickson truck bed ladder rack.Now as you can see, we've got it installed, we have the ladder up top right now. And having a ladder rack on your Silverado is just going to help our for getting those elongated loads over the cab of your Silverado, whether it's a ladder, maybe some lumber, some pipes. On the weekends, you can use it for kayaks or paddle boards so you don't have to try to get them in the bed of your truck and have them hanging out the back side.Now with this ladder rack, you're really getting a lot of value out of it. It's a nice and economical choice, but it's also heavy duty. So we have an 800-pound weight capacity with this ladder rack, we're going to be able to get a ton of stuff on top of it, get it secured, and that's going to help free up space inside the bed for other equipment like tools, compressors, stuff like that, and it's also going to be lightweight. So we're looking at an all aluminum construction with this, you're not adding a ton of weight to the bed of your pickup when it's empty.Now, each of these crossbars is going to have two load stops. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're going to be taking a look at, and installing, the TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack. Here's what our ladder rack looks like on our truck. It's designed to carry ladders or either large equipment that you can't fit into the bed of your truck. It features an aerodynamic design, and the elliptical crossbars are going to cut down a lot of the wind noise and drag that are commonly associated with ladder racks. It also has an 800 pound weight capacity. It also comes with four tie-downs that are fully adjustable in our T-track here, simply loosen them up by turning them to the left, and then we can slide our tie-down anywhere along our track, and then to lock it down, simply tighten it down by turning it to the right. more
