Today, we're going to review Part Number XPI-12M. This is the Vision X 60-Watt LED Xmitter Prime IRIS Light Bar. Has a mixed beam pattern and 24" in length. Now this part number comes with everything shown here. Comes with the light bar, comes with the lower mounting brackets and hardware, the side mounting brackets if you want, and hardware, the Deutsch connector, pigtail harness, and the Allen bolt to tighten down the mounting hardware. Now this LED light bar will produce a bright mixed beam which is ideal for off-road driving. The center optics, which are these center six LEDs, provide a long, straight beam for distance vision. more

Today, we're going to review Part Number CTL-CPZ810KIT. These are the Vision X 180-Watt LED Light Cannon Light Kit. It has a narrow spot beam, and the size on the light is 8.7" diameter. The two Light Cannons, the wiring harness with the toggle switch, the two Deutsch connectors for the lights, and then the Allen bolts to tighten down the bolts on the mounting base. This LED pod light will produce a bright floodlight beam. It's a very compact, lightweight design great for tight spaces. The elliptical beam that it gives off is thirty degrees tall by sixty-five degrees wide so it won't blind any oncoming traffic like a standard flood beam. more

Today we're going to review part number XPI-27M. This is the Vision X XPI which is Xmitter Prime IRIS 135 Watt LED Light Bar with the Mixed Beam. Now this part number includes everything shown here, the light bar, the 7 bottom mounting brackets and the triple-seal Deutsch connector and the 2 side brackets, 2 side mounting brackets with the mounting hardware and the Allen wrench. Now this LED light bar will produce a bright mixed beam which is ideal for off road driving. Basically the center optics, which is about the center of the 21 LEDs in the middle, they provide a long, straight beam for distance vision and then the 3 on each end are tilted and they will create a flood beam for peripheral vision. It is a combined mixed beam pattern. This does gives superior light output from the single row of 27 5-watt LEDs paired the IRIS reflectors. more

Today we're going to review part number XIL-LPX3910, this is the Vision X Xmitter 195 watt LED low pro prime extreme light bar, gives off a spot beam. This part number include everything shown here on the table, the light bar, the wiring harness with the toggle switch, 7 of the mounting hardware to install it and an Allen wrench which is used, there's an Allen bolt on each side here that when you adjust your light bar you can tighten it down if you want it in a certain position. This is a low profile LED light bar, provides bright focus light, gives you a narrow 10 degree spot beam which is ideal for high speed off-road application, is a very slim design which allows for mounting in compact spaces, gives you superior light output from a single row of 39 5 watt LEDs, gets you your total of 195 watts. This light can be dimmed to 50% using a Vision X dimmer, we do sell those separately. There's 2 different ones they make, they'll be listed as related product on this product page and the one is a push button, the other is a dial dimmer, so either one would work with this. This light bar will give you maximum efficiency with minimal heat, the premium LEDs on it have a 50,000 hour lifespan and are drive to 90% of the light emitting potential. more

Putco PURE Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation - 2008 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2008 Chevy Silverado, well be installing the Putco Pure High Performance Halogen Light Bulb for the high beam, part number P239005NB. To start, were going to go ahead and show you what the old or manufacturers high beams look like. Then well go ahead and replace both bulbs. Starting here on the passenger side, were now ready to start replacing the high beam bulb. Well need to remove the air box so that we can gain access to the low beam bulb. First, well remove the clamp that secures the intake tube to the air box. Because this air box has already been previously removed, we can simply pop it out of its place and set it aside. more

Westin Off-Road Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F-150, we'll be installing the Westin Off Road Driving Lights, part number 09-0505. We're going to mount these on the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard that has already been installed on the truck. To begin our install, our grille guard has mounting points for the lights already. We'll go ahead and locate the attachment points and remove the rubber plugs. Now to secure the light to the bar, the stud will go down through the light bar, then we'll install a flat washer, a split lock washer and secure with a nut. Let's go ahead and set out light in place and then we'll install our hardware. There's our flat washer, our split lock washer and then the nut. With our hardware finger tight, we'll make any necessary adjustments to the light and then tighten it down. more

Carr Light Wing Off-Road Light Mounting System Installation - 2010 Nissan Titan- Video
Today on our 2010 Nissan Titan well be installing the Carr Light Wing off-road light mounting system, part number: CARR167301.Now, the first step to installing the light mount is to find the center of the bumper. On our Nissan, were going to go to the center section of the bumper, measure across to find the center and then well mark it. Just use our tape measure and run it across the center section of the bumper.Next, well take a marker and mark the center point. With our center point marked we now want to take our light mount, line it up with the center of the car and determine the height that we want to put our light mount at. Well just use the center mounting hole, find our center mark and work straight down. Until were at the height that we want.Once there well mark our center again, double check our measurement and get ready to drill. more

CIPA EVO H13 Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation - 2008 Mercury Mariner- Video
Today on our 2008 Mercury Mariner, we'll be installing the CIPA Evo Formance Spectras H13 halogen headlight bulbs in the ultra-white color, part number CM93419. The kit includes two bulbs of the H13 style, as well as two bulbs of the T10 wedge design. It also comes with a 30-day warranty. We're going to go ahead and turn the headlights on and show you what our headlights look like with the factory headlights installed. As you can see, they're kind of a yellowish and almost dim color, but we'll fix that problem after we install our new CIPA halogen headlight bulbs. To begin with, we'll need to go ahead and raise the hood of the vehicle. more

Optronics Halogen Driving Light Kit Installation- Video
Today we'll be installing the Optronics halogendriving light kit in the 3 1/2 inch round diameter, with clear lenses, part number QH-85CD. Let's go ahead and go over thelocation thatwe'll be mounting our 3 1/2 inch round driving lights. As you can see here, there is a location in the lower bumper on this particular vehicle that we'll be using. For this particular application, we will need to push out the center section that covers up the factory hole. You can see here how again our 3 1/2 inch round light fits perfectly in the opening. To gain access to mount our new lights, we going toneed to remove the inner fender wells from each side. To do this, we'll need to remove some screws. more

Optronics Off Road Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the optronics 6-inch round, 100 watt halogen off-road lights. Part number MH100W. We will also be using the Optronics relay wiring kit, part number A-720. Our first step will be mounting the lights. Because the design of our light bulb we'll not be able to use the manufactures lower, rubber or metal washers. We're going to replace that with a 1/2-inch plat washer and then secure it with the manufacturer's split lock washer and nut. more

Westin Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the Westin driving lights. Part number 09-0205. On this vehicle we'll be installing the lights onto the Western light bar, part number 37-02015. We'll be installing four lights in total. Let's go ahead and mount our lights first. To mount the light, we'll simply remove the nut and lock washer, install the light on the light bar and then reinstall the lock washer and then the nut and then tighten them down. more

Putco Nitro Blue Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation- Video
Today we are going to be installing the Putco Nitro Blue Halogen Bulb, part number P239006NB, on a 2002 GMC Envoy. The first step in installing the new halogen will be taking out the headlight assembly. What you want to do is pull up on these two metal tabs. Then, you have to move it back and forth. Just rock it a little bit to pull the assembly out. We have pulled back the headlight assembly but we can not fully pull it out until we disconnect the wires. So we are going to go ahead and do it with the lift side first with this headlight. And this will be the only part that you actually need a tool for. And it is just taking a screw driver and putting it under this tab and pushing up, which releases the pin so you can pull it back with the other hand. That way, you can pull back the headlight, giving you a little bit more working room. 1:00 more
