Here's what our hitch is going to look like installed on the grand Cherokee. You can see we've got a nice clean look. Our cross tube remains hidden here behind the fascia. Here's what our hitch looks like installed on the vehicle. As you can see, we're going to have a nice hidden crosstube here. Most of the hitch is not going to be visible. We do have our receiver tube here. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Curt C13182- Video
Today, on our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we're going to take a look at, and also show you how to install, the Curt Custom Fit Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C13182. All right, here is what our hitch is going to look like installed. As you can see, our crosstube comes around here, meets in the middle at our receiver tube opening. This is 2 inch by 2 inch, nice flush looking reinforcement collar around the end there. You can see our safety chain connection's going to be kind of a plate style. It's got oval shaped holes cut out in it. See here, our 5/8 diameter pinhole. more
