Best 2000 Ford Explorer Hitch Options- Video
Today on our 2000 Ford Explorer we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options available. Our best hitch options are both Class 3, and they feature a 2" by 2" opening. First one's going to be the CURT. That's part number 13540. The second one's going to be our Draw-Tite. That's part number 75096. As you can see, the two are a little bit different. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2000 Ford Explorer- Video
Today we are working on a 2000 Ford Explorer. We will be installing Hidden Hitch part number 70647. This will also be comparable to Draw-Tite part number 75083. Here are a couple of measurements that will assist you in ing accessories for your new hitch, such as a bike rack, cargo carrier, or draw bar. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost portion of the bumper it is 3-3/4 inches. From the top of the receiver tube to the ground is 15-3/4 inches.
