Today on our 2014 GMC Savannah Van, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Draw-Tite Custom Fit Class 5 Trailer Hitch Receiver with Cast Center, part number 41946. Here's what our Draw-Tite ultra frame is going to look like once it's assembled and installed on the back end of our vehicle. It's going to have a real rugged look and design with that cast center piece that you see here. With a durable powder coat and fully welded design, it's going to have years of dependability and superior rust and corrosion resistance, with our massive chain tie-downs on either side, which are going to be really nice, and a really nice large 5/8" pinhole, and a 1/2" pinhole straight ahead of it for your J-pen stabilization device, which is going to help to prevent any kind of sway, rattle and wobble on any of those accessories you may have. You're going to have a large opening here on the end of our receiver tube that's going to be a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening, offering a 1500 pound ton weight capacity and 10,000 pound towing capacity. With weight distribution, that ton weight's going to go down just a little bit to 1300 pounds, but your towing capacity's going to go up to 13,000 pounds. Keep in mind that that's going to be everything that you have loaded up, your trailer and all. more

Here's what our class 5 receiver hitch is going to look like on the back of our vehicle. It's going to have a real beefy, rugged look. It's going to be super superior with its black powder coat finish and fully welded design. It's going to have extreme durability and extra rust and corrosion resistance against the elements. With its extra gussets that are welded on all the way around and on the outside, it's going to add that extra strength giving it that extra duty. It's going to have a 5/8" pinhole going straight through our 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube and heavy-duty plate steel chain tie-downs. more

Today on our 2014 GMC Savana van, we will be taking a look at and installing the Draw-Tite Custom Fit Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 41521. Here's what our Custom Fit Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver is going to look like on the back end of our vehicle. It's going to have a real rugged design that's going to be fully welded, so it's going to stand up and be durable over a long period of time. It's going to have a black powder-coat finish that's also going to help prevent any kind of rust and corrosion, and stand up against the road debris and elements. It's going to have a 5/8 inch pinhole going straight through the center for all of our attachments, as well as a 1/2 pinhole directly in front of that for our J-pin stabilization device. The plate-steel design on the bottom is going to add extra strength, as well as be your chain tie-down for a nice, secure mounting point. Another thing that's going to be included is going to be a welded on bracket that's going to provide superior mounting for that four-pole connector or seven-pole connector on the back end of your vehicle. Here's what our Class 4 Receiver Hitch is going to look like once it's installed. The Curt does a really good job about giving you a really good appearance on the back of your vehicle with that Class 4 Receiver Hitch. It's going to be tucked up underneath the back with a square tube design, black power coat finish and be fully welded which is going to add extra durability and be rust and corrosion resistant. It's going to have that 5/8 inch pinhole going straight through that's going to secure any of your attachments with a fully welded, plate steel design for your chain tie-downs to add extra strength for when you're towing and security, have a 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube opening for all those 2 inch receiver accessories and offer a 1000 pound tongue weight capacity and 10,000 pound towing capacity. With weight distribution, that's going to go up to 1200 pounds for your tongue weight and 12,000 pounds towing capacity. It's going to be a very rugged and durable receiver hitch for your applications. We'll go ahead and give you a few measurements to help you in selecting hitch accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the pinhole to the outermost edge of the bumper, it's going to be about 3 inches. From the top of the receiver tube to the ground is going to be about 16 1/2 inches. more

It's going to have a real nice, attractive look on the back of your vehicle. With its black powder-coat finish and fully welded design, it's going to be both durable and resistant to any kind of rust and corrosion. It's going to have a 5/8 inch pinhole going straight through for the attachment of any accessories that you're going to want to place on, and heavy-duty plate-steel type chain tie-downs on the bottom. With its two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, you're going to be able to carry a solid 600 pounds of ton weight and 6,000 pounds towing capacity without weight distribution. With weight distribution, that's going to go up to 10,000 pounds towing capacity, that's your trailer with all your accessories, and a 1,000 pound ton weight capacity.
