Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2012 Chrysler Town and Country- Video
Today on our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country, we're going to show you the glacier cable snow tire chains. Part number PW1038. Today we're working with tire size of P235/60/R16. This is what the snow chains look like when they're installed on our tire. First off this is constructed of a low carbon, steel cable all the way around and also on the crossbars. One thing to note about these snow chains is that they're designed for on road use only. The crossbars have these rollers on there that are actually sitting on top of springs that sits on top of the cables. This allow to move around on the tire as needed yet dig into the ice and snow at the same time. These are very low clearance tire chains, so these are good for class S applications. more

Today on this 2012 Chrysler Town & Country we're going to do an install of part number PWPLC1142. This is the Glacier Square Links Snow Tire Chains. This part number contains one pair of chains. Now we're going to be doing a test fit on our vehicle before it snows. It's always a good idea to be familiar with them before you need them. When you need to install them it's a good idea to go ahead and lay out your chain first to make sure you have it sitting the right way. more
