Thule Sonic XXL Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon- Video

Today on our 2013 Subaru Outback, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box. This offers 22 cubic feet of storage space, comes in metallic silver, it's part number is TH636S. We've already got the factory roof rack on the Outback, so we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box up onto the crossbars. We've found with these larger boxes, it makes it easier to put one hand in front of your lock and your other hand behind the lock. We'll then place it up onto our crossbars. With the feet designed to hang out of the bottom of the box the way they do with the Sonic, we've found that this is the best time to get them lined up so they'll go around our bars. Slide it on there, with all four of our feet going around our bars, let's take a quick look to be sure we have it centered. more

Today on our 2013 Subaru Outback, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Pulse Larger Top Cargo Box. This offers 14 cubic feet of storage space. Comes in a nice, matte black finish. It's part number is TH614. Now we've already got the factory roof rack installed on the Subaru, so we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box right up onto our crossbars. Our box is designed to open from the passenger's side, so we'll favor it to this side as we install it. Take a quick look to be sure we have our box straight. more

Today on our 2013 Subaru Outback we're going to be testing the Thule Pulse Alpine. This is a roof top cargo box with a matte black finish. It offers 11 cubic feet of storage space. The part number is TH613. To begin our test fit, we've already got the factory roof rack installed on this Subaru. Not installed, I guess it came installed. We're going to place the cargo box right up onto our load bars. more

Today on our 2013 Subaru Outback we're going to be test fitting the Thule Force Medium rooftop cargo box. This offers 13 cubic feet of storage space. Comes with a nice aeroskin black finish. Its part number is TH624. Now we've already got the factory roof rack on the Subaru so we're going to begin our test fit by placing our cargo box right up onto those crossbars. We have found that with the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box as they are, this is the best to get them lined up so they're going to go around those bars. All right, with all four of our feet around the bars, let's take a quick look to be sure we have it centered on our vehicle. more
