Best 2006 Ford Van Hitch Options- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2006 Ford E-Series van. When looking for a hitch on our website, you'll find that these are the three most popular hitches. On top here we have our CURT class 4, part number 14055. The second, we have our Draw-Tite class 3, which is part number 75703. Here we have our CURT class 3, which is going to be part number 13053. Now one of the main things you're going to notice at first is the design, where the CURT has a square tube and the Draw-Tite is a round tube design. The Draw-Tite does have the round tube design and it follows into the receiver tube, which has a little rounded edge on it. more

Today on our 2006 Ford E-350 van, we will be installing the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, Class IV, with a 2-inch opening, part number 41906. Here's what our hitch looks like installed on our van. It is a Class IV hitch. Features a nice sturdy steel construction. Nice black powder coat that's going to be corrosion and rust resistant. Big heavy duty size brackets. Nice steel plate. more

Today on our 2006 Ford Van we'll be installing the Draw-Tite Hitch, part number 75703. This is what our hitch will look like once it's installed. Next we'll go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist in selecting accessories for your new hitch such as a ball mount, a bike rack or cargo carrier. The center of the hitch pin hole is even with the outside of the bumper and the top of the inside of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 13-1/2 inches.Now let's go ahead with the installation. To begin our install we'll go ahead and point out the attachment points. We'll have a total of six attachment points, three on each side. more

Today on this 2006 Ford E-350 van we are going to install part number 41945 from Draw-Tite. This is what the hitch looks like when it is installed on the van. Next we will go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. The center of the hitch pin hole it is actually further out from the edge of the bumper by about one and a half inches. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 16-3/4 inches. Now I will go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2006 Ford E-350 Van - Curt- Video
Today on this 2006 Ford E350 van we're going to install part number 4055 from Kerr. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on the van. Next we'll go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper is going to be about even with the edge of the bumper, and then from the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be 18 inches. Now I'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. We'll go ahead and install the hardware in the holes on the frame located here. more
