Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Impala we'll be looking at our best hitch options. We have two hitches here today. On the top we have a CURT class two, part number C12115. On the bottom we have a Draw-Tite class two, part number 36538. Now our hitches are very similar but there are some subtle differences between them. Both of our hitches today feature a 3,500 pound max trailer weight rating. more

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Impala we're going to review and install the CURT class two 1-1/4" receiver tube hitch, part number C12115. Now here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. The main body of the hitch is tucked up nicely underneath the vehicle and we've got our square crosstube. It's got a fully welded design and a nice black powder-coated finish. We have a chain hold down on each side of our receiver tube, and this is a class two 1-1/4" by 1-1/4" receiver tube that's capable of up to 350 pounds of tongue weight and a 3,500 pound tow capacity. Next we'll go ahead and show you the minimum tools required for installing this hitch. We've got a 13mm socket, 3/4" socket, ratchet for each socket, and a torque wrench. more

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Impala we're going to review and install Hidden Hitch class two 1-1/4" receiver tube hitch, part number 90242. Now here's what our hitch is going to look like once installed. As you can see, we've got a square crosstube design and a fully welded construction. It's got a nice black powder-coated finish so it blends in with the underbody of our vehicle. We'll have a chain hold down on each side of our class two 1-1/4" by 1-1/4" receiver tube, and we're capable of up to 300 pounds of tongue weight and 3,500 pound tow capacity. Next we'll give you a couple measurements to assist you with selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outermost edge of the bumper is 4-1/2". more
