Best 2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport Hitch Options- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2012 Chevrolet Captiva. Starting on the top here, we're going to have the CURT Class 3, part number 13594. Next we're going to have the Draw-Tite Max-Spring Trailer Hitch Class 3, part number 75556. The last one's going to be the CURT Class 2, part number C12095. Some of the biggest differences is both of our CURT hitches are going to be a round tube design with these large plates. They're going to protrude towards the rear of the vehicle to mount the receiver tube. Where on our Draw-Tite, it's going to be a square tube design with a flat plate, giving it a more straight design here on our protrusion. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport - Curt- Video
Today on our 2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport, we'll be installing the Curt 2 inch Class 3 Trailer Hitch, part number 13594. Here's what the hitch looks like when it's installed on our vehicle. Now let's show you how it installs. Before we begin our install, we need to lower our exhaust out of the way. First we'll secure it with a strap, this will insure that the exhaust doesn't fall when we loosen it up. Next we'll spray down the rubber hangers with some lubricant and remove them with a pry bar or rubber hanger removal tool. We'll push, pull or pry to get the hangers off away from the muffler. more
