Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for our 2007 Honda Ridgeline. We have two options here for our Honda Ridgeline. We've got our Draw-Tite option and our CURT option. Now, there are a lot of similarities between these two, but first we're going to cover some of the differences. One of the biggest differences is looks. You can see here our Draw-Tite is much curvier and what this does is, it keeps the sides hidden, but you are going to see the cross tube here with your receiver tube sticking out below the bottom of the bumper. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2007 Honda Ridgeline - Draw-Tite- Video
Today on this 2007 Honda Ridgeline, were going to install part number 75280 from Draw Tite. This is what the hitch looks like when its installed on the vehicle. Next well go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a ball mount, bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be 16 inches, and from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be three and a quarter inches. Now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. Our first step is to go ahead and lower the exhaust and get it out of the way to give us some more working room so we can slide the hitch into place. more

Next well go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. The top receiver opening down to the ground, were looking at distance of 16- inches and from the center of our hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper were looking at distance of 4 inches. All right, now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed.
