Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Today on this 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty, we're going to show you the 5th Wheel and Gooseneck 90 Degree Wiring Harness with a 7-pole plug, part number 54701-003 from Bargman. We'll go ahead and cover the parts that comes with this kit. First off, here is the 7-pole connector that gets installed in the bed of the truck, nice touch, it has a detailed listing of what pin does what by function. The other end has a T connector, that will plug into the vehicle's pre-existing wiring harness underneath the truck on on this factory 7-pole connector by the bumper. This is a spacer, this actually just goes behind the 7-pole connector to space it out if anything interacts with the backside of our connector here, so that helps out a little bit. A set of self tapping screws that'll attach to the four holes in the connector. more

Hopkins Endurance Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Ford F-350- Video
Today on our 2004 Ford F350, we're going to be installing the Hopkins Endurance Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck 90 degree wiring harness, with seven pole plug, part number 41157. We're going to begin here at the back of the vehicle at our factory seven way plug. We'll need to unplug the factory connection on the back side of the plug. To do this, we'll need to remove this little gray locking tab here, we'll simply push in on the center section and then slide it back out. Here's what the little locking tab looks like. We'll then go ahead and push in on this tab right here, pull outward on the plug. more

Hopkins Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Ford F-250- Video
Today on our 2004 Ford Super Duty well be installing the Hopkins Custom Fit Wiring Harness Part Number 40167. Well be installing this wiring harness and 7-pole connector to replace the manufacturers thats missing. For this application, well also need to create a mounting bracket to attach the 7-pole to. To do this, well use the Draw- Tight mounting bracket for 7-way connectors Part Number 18138 and the Draw-Tite long bracket Part Number 18136. To begin, well first go ahead and take our wiring harness and use the dielectric grease provided with the install kit and put over the end of each of the connection points. Well have a total of 2 on the wiring harness and 1 on the vehicle. more

Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Ford F-250- Video
Today, on this 2004 Ford F250, we're going to install part number PK11893-11932. First thing we want to do is we'll go ahead and take the wires and install them to the socket. They just snap into place. Let's start off with number one and we'll install the red wire. Number two, we'll install a white wire. Number three, well get the blue wire. more
