Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains Review - 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan- Video
Today on our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan we have our Glacier Chain Snow Chains, part number PWPLC1142. The square chain gives you plenty of grip in the snow because it's got that nice sharp edge to it. Now before we put these on we want to spread it out, make sure we don't have it kinked up, or anything. Like I have over here, we just slide it up and over our tire. We want to make sure that this chain and the opposite chain is about evenly spaced, so on this one it sits about middle of the sidewall right here. On this end we have one side with a hook, and one side with our tensioner. We want to make sure that the tensioner is on the outside of the tire so we can tighten that after we have it put in place. Also, we have our cross chains here. We have this hook that we want to make sure the smooth side is towards the tire. That way these don't dig into our tire and destroy the sidewall. Titan Chain Diamond Alloy Snow Tire Chains Review - 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan- Video
Today, on our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan, we have our Titan Chain, Titan Diamond Passenger Snow Chains, part number TC1555. We have this spread out on the floor which is what you want to do every time you pull these out. Make sure there's no kinks in it. Make sure you can look at all your links, and there's no cracks or anything. These are nice, because it's square linked chain, so you get more traction because of that. And we have our diamond pattern that gives us more traction and stopping power. Now before I throw this on there, I just want to point out a few features. We have this tensioner chain. more
