I've already got it loaded up so it'll give you a good idea of what it looks like on the back of your Nissan Frontier. It secures our bike in four different spots here. Today on our 2016 Nissan Frontier, we'll be doing a test fit of the Inno Tire-Hold 00:00:06 platform-style 3-bike rack. That's part number INH305-306. As I said, it's a platform-style rack. Our bike is going to sit right on this platform here. It holds our bike in 2 places. We've got a front tire hold here, and then a rear tire hold, and then it kind of squeezes the bike together. more

Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Pathfinder TS03B- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we're doing a test fit of a Kuat Transfer 3 Platform Style 3 Bike Rack. That part number is TS03G. We already have our bike secured down. We're first going to go over some features, show you how our bike gets secured down, and then we'll show you some more features. The first thing I want to show you is our tilting feature. Because we can't actually do that with our bike attached, we're going to start by pulling up our wheel hooks. I'm going to use my foot, or you can use your hand, and I'm just going to hit our lever here and push it down. We're able to rotate our bike rack all the way down, so we're going to gain full access to our back hatch area. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Nissan Murano- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Murano, we're doing a test fit on the Thule T2 Classic. Now, this is platform-style 2-bike rack. They designed it for use in 2-inch hitches. Part number on it TH9044. Great way about the design of the rack and great thing about it rather is going to be the way it holds our bike. We got a front-wheel hook that presses our front wheel down into our front wheel cradle, and a rear wheel strap that does the same at the rear wheel cradle. more

Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Nissan Murano S64675- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Murano we're test fitting the Swagman Original towing bike rack. This is a tilt away style 4 bike rack. Part number on it is S64675. This has been designed for use with 2 inch hitches. It does a great job of killing a couple birds with one stone. As you can see here, we've got an inch and 7/8 ball that's out at the end of our ball mount at the bottom. We've still got our 4 bike rack up here so we can haul whatever it is we need to haul up to a 350 pound tongue weight or 3500 pound tongue weight rating. more

Today on our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we're doing a test fit of the Thule T-2 Classic Platform Style 2 Bike Rack. That part number is TH9044. We already have our bike on our rack. We're first going to show you a few features, go over how the rack secures down, or the bike secures down, rather, and then go over some more features of the rack. The first thing I want to show you is our tilting feature. We can do it with our bike still on the rack, we're going to grab our rack at the back and pull this lever here towards us. We can then remove our pin, here, and rotate that down. Now we're able to gain full access to our back hatch area to get anything in our out that we may need. more

Today on our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we're doing a test run of the Swagman XC2 platform-style 2 bike rack. That part number is S64650. Now, we already have our bike secured on our rack. We're first going to show you how we do that, and then we'll go over some features of the rack itself. Here in the middle, we have our frame hook, which is going to push our bike down into our wheel cradles on our bike rack. You may be a little concerned that we don't have straps, but I can tell you with certainty from reading the customer reviews and having it out on our test course that you won't have any problems with your bike tires moving at all while they're in their cradles. You're going to squeeze right here and lift straight up on that hook, and then we'll be able to pull our bike off our rack and set it off to the side. Then with our bike out of the way. more

Today on our 2001 Nissan Xterra, we have gotten out the Thule Vertex here and we are test fitting it. The vertex is a 4 bike hanging style bike rack, designed to fold and tilt. The part number on it is TH9029XT. We can use this bike rack with 1 1/4 or with 2 inch hitches. It has got an incorporated cable lock, stores on the mast when not in use, comes right here to the end of the arm. That is going to go over each of our bikes and keep them secured to the rack. more

Yakima FullTilt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2001 Nissan Xterra- Video
Today on our 2001 Nissan Xterra, we've got out the Yakima full tilt and we're test fitting it to see what kind of room we've got between it and the back of the vehicle. Now the full tilt is designed for use with 1 1/4 or with 2 inch hitches. This is a 4 bike hanging style rack designed to fold and tilt. Part number on it is Y02462. Now as you can see here we've got 3 cradles holding our bike in place, anti sway and then 2 here for the top frame too. They're held in with zip strips, to release them we just pinch in on our gray levers and we can pull those on and out. more

Today on our 2001 Nissan Xterra we've got the Thule Roadway 2 Bike Hanging Style Rack out. This rack's designed to fold and tilt. Part number on it is TH912XTR. The Roadway uses 3 cradles and straps to hold our bikes in place. We've got two here on the top frame too and also an anti-sway cradle. You can see that's going to do a nice job of keeping that bike from moving too far forward or back. You just want to pull down and out on our straps to release them. more

Each wheel cradle strap is a cum buckle style we just press in the lever and then release our strap. more

Today on our 2001 Nissan Xterra, we've got out the Thule T2 and we're test fitting it. Now the T2's a platform style folding and tilting 2 bike rack. It's been designed for use in 2 inch hitches. Part number on it is TH9044. With a simple add on part number TH9046, we can use the hole located right here, put our 2 bike add on there, and convert this right over to a 4 bike rack and interchange as we need to switch from a 2 bike to a 4 bike. It's really nice feature. Another nice feature of it's the ability of it to tilt away from our vehicle even when we've got the bike loaded up. more

It's been designed so we can use it with the inch and a quarter or with two inch hitches. Part number on it is S64650. Now the XC2 uses a really straightforward system as far as securing our bike. We've got a centrally located frame-hook, this is going to pull down on our bike, and it holds it securely in its two wheel cradle. So, we don't have to mess with the straps, or the hook-in loop, or anything like that. more

Today on our 2014 Nissan Rogue Select, we are going to be doing a test fit of the Yakima Full Tilt. This is going to be your hanging style four bike rack, part number Y02462. If you look down at the bottom, you're going to see that it's going to come with an inch and a quarter shank, as well as a two inch adapter. This will allow you to carry it with your class one, two and three receivers. The thing to keep in mind though is the weight of your bikes, and that you will only be able to carry two of them, making sure that you stay within those weight specifications and requirements of that class one receiver that you choose to carry it on. Let's go ahead and start off by getting a few measurements. Our closest distance is going to be down here at the bottom side of the shank and the back side of the receiver. They're about four and a quarter inches. more

Today on our 2014 Nissan Rogue Select, we're gonna be doing a test fit of the Rhino Rack Hanging Style 4 Bike Rack, part number RBC044. As you can see, we've already got our bike in place, so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it fully assembled and in place on the back of your vehicle. This rack does come with an inch and a quarter shank as well as a 2 inch adapter, so it is compatible with your class 1, 2, and 3 receivers. Just keep in mind that with your class 1 receivers, that you're only gonna have a certain weight specification that you can do. That's gonna require you to only carry up to 2 bikes and that is to maintain that weight requirement. Let's go ahead and start off by getting a few measurements. Today on our 2014 Nissan Rogue Select we're going to do be doing a test fit of the Hollywood Racks Traveler 5 Bike Rack. This rack does come with a two-inch shank for your two-inch receivers, only; and as you can see, we've already got our bike up here on our cradle arm. You can see what it's going to look like one you have it fully assembled, and on the back of your vehicle. Let's start off by getting a few measurements. Our closest distance will be our first measurement, from the mounted bracket here to the backside of the receiver: about seven and three-quarter inches. Overall distance that we've added to the back of the vehicle, from the rear of our bumper to the back of the cradle arms, is going to be about thirty-nine and a half inches; with our rear ground clearance now being about ten and three-quarter inches. Let's move up top and talk about how our bike is secured to our rack. All four of these racks will secure the bike with three straps. more

We've got two up here for the top frame and then also an anti-sway cradle here on the back, which it does a pretty good job of keeping that bike from moving too far front and back. Today on our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we're test fitting the Thule Vertex Swing. This is a swing away style folding dual arm 4 bike rack. Been designed for use in 2 inch hitches, the Part Number on it is TH9031XT. Something that's been recently added is going to be the cable lock, it stores right in the mast. It comes back where it slides in the end of the right or left side cradle arm here and it's secured with one of the Thule one key locking tumblers. Now if you've already got sets at home you can replace that right there. more

Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Nissan Pathfinder- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, we're going to be taking a look at the Inno Fork-Mounted 2-Bike Platform Style Rack. This is a folding and tilting rack, uses Inno's INH100 Base-Rack System and has the INE320 Bike Kit on it, which as you can see it makes a very nice, very convenient, easy to store bike rack. All together, you're looking at part number INH350. First cool feature is going to be the tilt-away. As you can see even with the bikes loaded, we're going to be able to tilt this well away from our vehicle, gives us room not only to get stuff in and out, but we'll actually be able to stand here and work on things in the back if we wanted to. Lifting up on the arms is going to get it back into platform position. The lever down here that's used to operate that is a sturdy steel lever, so you can either reach in with your foot if you decided to or with your hand. Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue we're going to be doing a test fit of the Inno Tire Hold 3. This is going to be your platform-style 3bkr, part number INH305-306. As you can see, we've already got our rack up here on our hitch with our bike in place so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it fully assembled and installed on your vehicle. Now do keep in mind that this rack does come with your 1-1/4" shank with a 2" adapter. If you plan on using it with your class one receivers, you will only be able to carry up to two bikes, and that's per your hitch's specifications. You can carry all three bikes with your class two and three receivers. It also does come with your anti-rattle bolt to help reduce a lot of the sway, rattle, and wobble that you would have in any ordinary bike rack. more

SportRack Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Rouge, we're going to be doing a test fit of the SportRack 3, Hanging Style 3-Bike Rack, part #SR2403. As you can see, we already have our bike up here on our platform, so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it fully assembled and on the back of your vehicle. This rack does come with your inch and a quarter shank, as well as your 2-inch adapter, so you can use it with your Class 1, 2, and 3 receivers. The thing that you need to keep in mind, though, is, if you're going to be using it with your Class 1 receivers, you will only be able to carry up to 2 bikes. That's per the weight requirements of your Class 1 receiver. Let's go ahead and start off with a few measurements. Our closest distance is going to be at the bottom of the flange down here on the bottom side at about 3 3/4 inches to the back side of the receiver. Overall distance that we've added to the back of the vehicle, from the rear of the bumper to the back of the rack, at about 29 inches. more

Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue s64684- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Swagman Dispatch. This is going to be your platform style 2 bike rack, part number S64684. As you can see, we already got our bike on our rack so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it fully assembled and on the back of your vehicle. This rack is going to come with your two inch shank for your two inch receivers only as well as an anti-rattle bolt that's going to be seven-eighths inches in diameter. All right, let's start off by getting a few measurements. Now we're going to start from the front side of the rack to the backside of the bumper. That distance is going to be about seven and three-quarter inches. more

Kuat NV Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Nissan Murano- Video

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Murano- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Murano, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Vertex Hanging Style 4 Bike Rack. As you can see we've already got our bike up here in place so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it fully assembled and on the back of your vehicle. This is going to be part number TH9029XT. Let's start off by getting a few measurements starting with our closest distance first down here at the bottom flange to the back side of the bumper that's going to be about 1 1/2 inches. Overall distance that we've added to the back of the vehicle from the backside of the bumper to the backside of the cradle arms is going to be about 35 1/2 inches and our rear ground clearance will be about 9 3/4 inches to the bottom side of the shank here. All right let's talk about how the bike is secured to our rack. You are going to have an alternating strap on every other side as you can see here. Those lower hanging straps are going to be your most important straps. more

This is going to be part number Y02462. Let's start off by getting a few measurements, starting with our closest distance first down here at the bottom flange to the backside of the bumper. It's going to be about 6-1/4". Overall distance that we've added to the back of the vehicle from the backside of the bumper to the backside of the cradle arm is going to be about 37". Our ground clearance from the bottom of the fin on the bottom side of the shank at about 9". Now let's talk about how our bike is secured to our rack. more

Curt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Murano- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Murano, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Curt Premium 4 Hanging Style 4 Bike Rack, part number C18064. As you can see, we've already got a bike up here on our platform, completely assembled so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it on your vehicle. Let's start off by getting a few measurements. Our closest measurement will be down here on the front hand side, from the T handle to the back side of the bumper, at about 3 3/4 inches. This rack does come with a two inch shank for your two inch receivers only and it's going to be attached using an anti-rattle bolt, which we'll go over in a few minutes. Overall distance that we've added to the vehicle will be from the bumper to the backside of the cradle arms at about 32 inches. Ground clearance from the backside at about 9 1/2 inches. Moving up top, we'll talk about how the bike is secured to the rack. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Nissan Pathfinder TH9031XT- Video
Today in our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, we're going to be test-fitting the Tule Vertex Swing. This is a swing-away style folding 4-bike rack. It's been designed for use with two inch hitches. The part number on it is TH9031XT. Now, one of the newer features is the cable lock. This is going to come around right into the back secured with the Tule one key system, and it'll keep all of our bikes secured to our rack for us. If you already have Tule accessories, this can be keyed alike. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Nissan Pathfinder TH9029XT- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we're going to be a test fit on the Thule Vertex. This is part number TH9029XT. It's a folding and tilting 4-bike rack. They've designed it for use with the 1-1/4" or the 2" hitches. Right up here in the top of the rack we've got a really nice cable lock that comes over, secures all four of our bikes right down to our rack. Uses the Thule OneKey system in the back, so if you already have some Thule accessories you can match that up. more
