Collin: Hey everyone is Collin here at etrailer. Today we have a 2012 Toyota 4Runner, and we're going to do test fit of a Thule Hull-a-Port Aero kayak carrier. Now this carrier mounts to the Thule square bar roof rack system. It allows you to get your kayak loaded up on your roof. It does come included with the two straps that we have securing our kayak to the carrier. And it's also going to come with bow and stern straps as well.Now this kit does come with the square bar adapter kit, along with the carrier. more

This carrier mounts to the roof rack of your vehicle and it actually uses the T slot of your either Thule wing bar or load bar, or if you have another arrow type bar that is not Thule, it'll also work with that as well. As long as it does have that T slot.It's going to be a great way to transport your kayak to and from wherever you need to take it. more

The Malone J-Pro Kayak Carrier enables you to carry up to one kayak on your roof-rack and leaves enough space on the other side for other accessories, such as rooftop bike racks. Comes with all the straps and tie downs necessary to secure to your vehicle, such as the tie downs here, which do come with a protective material to make that the buckles of the straps don't scratch or damage your kayak's hull once you have it installed. We also have bow and stern tie downs as well. It is padded. Every possible point the kayak's going to make contact with the actual cradles themselves, again to ensure that the hull is not damaged. more

The SeaWing kayak carrier and Stinger load assist enable you to carry up to one kayak or canoe on the top of your roof rack. You have enough space on the other side to carry an addition kayak if need be or a rooftop bike rack. It comes with all the tie downs necessary to secure this to your roof, including the kayak straps here, which do have this material underneath our buckle here to protect the hull of your boat. Of course, it also comes with the bow and stern tie downs as well. These are V-shaped saddle style carriers. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2012 Toyota Forerunner, we're going to be test-fitting a Malone Seawing kayak carrier with tie-downs, part number MPG107MD. The Seawing is a V-shaped, saddle style kayak carrier that enables you to carry up to one kayak on your roof and leaves enough space that if you wanted to purchase another Seawing, you could carry at least dual kayaks on your roof, as well, or have other accessories such as bike racks on the other side. It includes all the necessary tie-downs to secure this to both the carrier itself and your roof rack.And the straps for the kayak do come with this protective material underneath the buckle to protect the hull of your kayak, to make sure it doesn't get scratches or anything like once it's being installed. There is padding on the saddles themselves to also protect your hull, and of course, it does come with the balance string and tie-downs, as well.This is a rear-loading style of kayak carrier. It does recommend that, once you're loading this up, to at least keep some sort of padding or protective material for the roof of your vehicle while you're loading this up. But once you get it onto the initial cradle up at the front or saddle up at the front, it just simply pushes into place with ease.Now, with our kayak off, our saddles are made from a very durable plastic material, and they also have these Jaws universal mounts, and this is how they're going to secure to your roof rack system. more

Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier Review - 2012 Toyota 4Runner- Video
Today on our 2012 Toyota 4runner well be test fitting the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier with a two board capacity, part number th810. Well begin our test fit by placing the front part of the carrier onto our front load bar. Well bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the underside of the front load bar and hook them back into the top bracket. Well then turn the gray knobs to bring the straps up around tightly against the load bar. Well then place our rear part of the carrier onto our rear load bar and again bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the underside of the rear load bar and hook them back into the top bracket. Well then turn the gray knobs to bring the straps up around tightly against the load bar. more
