Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2006 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on this 2006 Honda CR-V we will be installing wiring harness part number 118336. We are in the rear cargo area of the vehicle and the port that we are going to be plugging our harness into is located right behind here behind the rear threshold closer to the driver side. So we need to remove some pieces to gain access to that. Start by removing the carpeting here from the cargo area and also the rear cargo door. We want to remove the rear threshold piece here as well. We also need to remove the screws from the tie downs here and here. Take a flathead screwdriver or a rivet tool and just get that in there and kind of gently pry back to release the clips here on the interior. When you are trying to remove the interior panel here you actually need to pull out first because you need to release the sockets that are actually in to the metal on the interior.
