Hi, I'm Matt with etrailer, and today we're talking about our BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount that's gonna work with the 2.5" hitch. And today we have the 9" rise and the 13" rise version, so let's check 'em out. These are gonna be a great option if you are looking for something that's gonna be able to help you accommodate for different size trailers. Maybe you're hauling with multiple different types, one day you have a utility, the next day you have a horse, or maybe one day you're hauling a boat, and, or, if you have a different vehicle each time you're doing it, this is gonna be able to really level out the rise and drops we have. You wanna make sure you are accommodating for your rise and drop, because if you have something that is a lot higher or lower than your hitch receiver, trying to connect them is gonna give you an uneven, it's not gonna make things level. But this is designed to help keep things level, and the way you do that is, you're gonna actually raise where this ball mount sits, and we're gonna do that just by removing these pins and clips. more

Today we're looking at the BulletProof Hitch 2-Ball Mount, specifically rated at 22,000 pounds max capacity, and it's gonna fit a 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 inch hitch receiver tube. So the hitch ball will provide a nice connection point for your trailer coupler, and the fact that you got adjustable heights here, that's gonna let you tow different trailers of different heights with that same vehicle. Or maybe you have a couple vehicles and one trailer, you can still adjust this accordingly to fit your needs. Now you simply pull out the two pins and the mating clips on the other side, and move it up or down accordingly to what your needs are. Now these two pins are nickel undercoated, treated with a zinc topcoat, so they're gonna resist corrosion and have superior strength. more

Today, we're gonna take a look at this BulletProof Hitches Extreme-Duty Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for a two inch hitch with a drop and a rise, has a 30,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. Now, this 2-ball mount is designed to slide into a two inch by two inch hitch receiver and let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. The hitch balls up front provide the connection points for your trailer coupler. And in the back here, they do have the hitch pin holes that when you do insert this into your hitch receiver, you do wanna use either a hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock for securing it to the hitch receiver. Now, those items are not included, we do sell those separately on our website, and the holes are a 5/8 inch diameter size. more

This adjustable ball mount will give you the option for two different ball sizes, two inch and two and five sixteenths, and allow for up to a six inch drop, or a six inch rise if we were to completely flip this around in the hitch. So, if you tow a variety of different trailers with your F-150, and they're all different coupler sizes, and different heights, and you want to be able to tow them all level without swapping out the ball mount, this could be a good option for you. There's gonna be a pretty simple stout option to get you a variety of different ball sizes if you've got multiple trailers, as well as that tow hook for potential recoveries. Although this can be a pretty simple solution for a lot of different ball sizes, you might run into issues with towing your trailer level because chances are if you're picking this up for multiple different trailer setups, they're not all gonna have the same ride height. And depending on what you're towing, that might be a really big issue if it's not level with your truck. So in that situation, I'd recommend an adjustable ball mount. more

Now you can get this in a couple other sizes too. They're all gonna have the same rate capacity. The only thing that's different is gonna be the rise. It's gonna be a great option for you if you find yourself constantly hauling with a lot of different trailers or you're hauling with a lot of different trucks too because what this is gonna do is accommodate for that difference in your rise and drops. Now this is going to fit your two-inch hitch receiver, however, I do wanna point out that this will not fit a two and a half inch hitch receiver, even with a reducer sleeve, because trucks with a two and a half inch hitch typically have deeper frames and this is not going to fit SUVs or CUVs or sedans due to limited clearance. Now this does require a minimum of seven inches of clearance between the center of your hitch pin hole and the rear most part of your truck, and five inches of clearance below the bottom of your hitch receiver tube. more

Hi, everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at this B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mount for 2 1/2 inch hitches and to be used with your GM MultiPro tailgates. It's gonna have a small slant on the platform of the ball mount that allows that MultiPro tailgate to lower down properly without hitting the ball mount. Adding an adjustable ball mount to your towing setup is gonna solve the issue if you carry a few different types of trailers with different coupler heights. This is gonna allow you to, on the fly, make adjustments for your height, or also go up in weight capacity if you're pulling something that's a little bit heavier all the way up to 14,000 pounds, or on our two-inch ball, down to 10,000 pounds.
