Best 2009 GMC Sierra Hitch Options- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options available for the 2009 GMC Sierra 3500 Chassis Cab. We have our Curt, part number C15800, in the middle we have our Draw-Tite, Part number 41947. At the bottom here, we have another Curt, part number C15400. Now while all of these are class fives, they all have ups and downs to each one of them. Let's go ahead and take a look at some of their differences. Now one of the main differences between these three hitches starts here with the Draw-Tite. You'll notice that it has 4 bolts holding the middle section into place on both sides. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2009 GMC Sierra- Video
Today on this 2009 GMC Sierra pickup we're going to be installing Curt Hitch part number 13322. Before we get started with our installation we are going to go ahead and give you a couple of the final install dimensions, which are going to help make choosing your hitch accessories a little bit easier. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is going to measure 20 inches, and from the center of the pin hole to clear the rear edge of the bumper is going to measure approximately 3 inches. And now we will go ahead and move on to installation. First thing we've done is go ahead and lower the spare tire down to give us a little bit more working room. Go ahead and go under the vehicle and we want to point out the mounting holes we are going to be using to attach the hitch to the vehicle. more
