So folks, with this durable set of brackets and bars here, you can mount a rooftop tent to your Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform, and it's gonna work with most rooftop tents that have the aluminum honeycomb or PP bases. Now it does use your tent rail hardware and the included hardware here, and makes a quick installation with their Zwifloc mounting systems. Review of CURT Fifth Wheel Hitch - Ram OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs - C65WR- Video
Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this CURT OEM Fifth Wheel Hitch legs for the Ram towing prep package, has a 30,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. Now this is a custom fit part, it is designed to fit the 2013 and newer Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks that have the eight foot long bed and the factory installed underbed towing prep package. Now this custom base is specifically designed to attach to the receivers in the Ram's truck's factory installed underbed fifth wheel towing prep package, and it'll adapt the CURT 25,000 pound and 30,000 pound fifth wheel hitch heads to fit the Ram factory puck system. I did wanna just pop up an insert here to show you there's one of the hitch heads and that hitch head is designed to drop right inside here and then bolted into place. Now this does use a quarter turn anchoring system for quick installation removal. more

Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2024 GMC Canyon, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Roadmaster towed vehicle battery charge line kit. Before we do that, though, let's just check this out and talk about why it's a good idea to use something like this. So with the battery charge line kit, what it's gonna do, whenever you're hooked up to your motor home and you're flat towing your truck down the road, it's going to more or less trickle charge or maintain your truck's battery. And this is something I always recommend for any flat towing setup, not just the Canyon in particular, but all of 'em 'cause it's cheap insurance, honestly, at the end of the day, and I say that, you know, because a lot of these late model vehicles, you know, a lot of 'em have electric-assisted components like brakes, steering, so on and so forth. So you know, if yours is equipped with that it's a good idea to have proper battery voltage so they can operate, you know, as they should. more

I mean, it's the self-explanatory part, but since you've already went for it with the TopWater, having replaceable knobs is a thing that may occur, 'cause you might lose it when you're out on your adventure. One may become damaged, or over time your, your threads may become crossed up and you need to change it out. And that's gonna allow you to just switch out the cha.. the knob on top and just twist right onto the U-bolt. more

So folks, this interior trim piece will actually install like this up through the roof of your motor home or enclosed trailer, and it's gonna give you a nice finished look to that roof. It is custom made specifically for the Ventline Ventadome roof vents. And they basically say, or it's written, that it telescopes or slides in and out of the vent to fit a range of roof thicknesses. So although it looks like there's two layers here, it's actually one piece, you can see it smooth on this side. more

Review of Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapters For Demco Base Plate - RM-034-5- Video
Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at these Roadmaster tow bar adapters for your Demco baseplates. Now, this is going to let you use your Roadmaster Blackhawk all-terrain sterling or Nighthawk tow bar with your Demco baseplates. On your screen, I'm putting some helpful information there for you. If you have the Blackhawk all-terrain tow bar, it must have the serial number above 16,500, and then the sterling tow bar must have the serial number above 14,500, and then for sterling tow bars with serial numbers below 14,500, you would use the item number, the model number that I put there for you at the bottom of that graphic, RM-034, you would use that instead of these tow bar adapters. Now these adapters are from Roadmaster, so that'll give you the confidence that you need knowing that this is going to work with your Blackhawk all-terrain, sterling, or Nighthawk tow bars with your Demco baseplates. more

How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the replacement fishing rod support bracket for your Yakima TopWater carrier. So, over time, just from being used, you can experience some damage with your bungee cord or the foam padding, or maybe even the bracket itself may become damaged. This is actually a replaceable part and you're just gonna replace it using the included Yakima torque's wrench. You can make adjustments to your TopWater using these different points on their bottom, but this is how you're gonna switch it out. Just gonna use your wrench and remove the bolt on both sides. This is gonna be a pretty straightforward installation. more

A Closer Look at the Yakima Fishing Rod Carriers Replacement U-Bolt Assembly- Video
How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the replacement U-bolt assembly that works both for the Yakima TopWater and the Yakima LockNLoad carrier. This basically is just the replacement part for your contact that holds the bottom part of your carrier on top of your crossbars. Over time, the rubber padding in here can kinda wear down just from usage and just time. It is a quality material, but it is a contact that's under pressure, and it'll wear out. Also, you could have issues with the threading. Over time, if you're reaching over on a high point, you could cross thread and may need to replace your U-bolt. more

Now this is a seven-way power adapter that'll manage the power output from your tow vehicle going to your Vision S RV camera. Now, this will interface with your vehicle's power management software to provide the correct level of 12 volt power to your RV cameras. Basically what you'll do is plug this directly into the seven-way connector that's on your tow vehicle, and then you'll plug your trailer connector into this end. more

Today we're gonna be taking a look at this CURT E16 fifth wheel hitch kit, and we're gonna see how it fits on our 2022 Ford F-450 with the factory towing prep package. Now I say kit because obviously this comes with the E16 fifth wheel hitch, but it's also going to come with these adapter rails that allow your industry standard rail fitting fifth wheel to attach to that factory towing prep package that might be present in your Ford F-450. It's essentially just an adapter that's included with this kit. Now it's worth mentioning that CURT does make a version of the E-Series fifth wheel hitch that it's time to go directly into that factory towing prep package. more

Breakdown of the Thule EasyFold XT or Epos Bike Racks Extra-Long Loading Ramp- Video

This is going to be the eXTra long ramp that you can use with your Thule EasyFold XT, or you can use this with your Thule Epos bike racks. We're gonna take a look at some of its features right here. Electric bikes seem to be getting heavier and heavier these days, and while they're awesome, they could get a little tricky to load onto your bike racks. Now, the Thule EasyFold XT, as well as the Thule Epos, are designed to help out with that since they have these angled cradles. more

We've already got this hooked to the Tekonsha brake controller here, but I wanted to explain how we got to this point. Comprehensive Review-Curt Trailer Brake Controller Custom Wiring Adapter- Video
Howdy, there neighbors, Ian with etrailer here. Today we're gonna be looking at the Curt dual plug control adapter. This is gonna be a very plug and play option. As far as this harness, it does just plug in directly up to the top, and then directly to your controller, so you don't have to tie into any wires there. And this product is gonna work with a majority of your newer Chrysler products, but of course you'll wanna always use our fit guide to make sure that it's gonna be the right type for your vehicle. Review of B and B Molders Black Barbed Bumper Cap RV - BM49RR- Video
Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this B&B black Barbed Bumper Cap. This black plastic bumper cap is going to prevent your sewer hose or other items from falling out of your RV's bumper. Looking at some dimensions here, looking at outer dimension, edge to edge, as you can see, we're sitting right at four inches. Then looking at that collar at the back, sitting pretty close to three and three quarters inches there, and this press fit plastic cap uses barbs as you can see here. You got two barbs around on each side here around the perimeter. more

So looking at that outer flange dimension, as you can see we're sitting right at four and a quarter inches.
