Today on our 2008 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to install part number 60872 from Hidden Hitch. All right now. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on the vehicle. Next we'll go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 10 inches and from the center of the hitch pin hole to your outside edge of your bumper will be about 6 inches. Now we'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. The first thing we're going to do is show the attachment points on the frame. They are located on the side of the frame and there's two threaded holes and this will be the same on both sides of the vehicle. Our first step, we'll go ahead and clean out the threads. more

Today on this 2008 Hyundai Elantra were going to install part number 24795 from Draw-Tite. This is what the hitch looks like when its installed on the vehicle. Next well go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier, from the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about ten inches, from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outside edge of the bumper will be about six inches. Now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed.First thing were going to do is show the attachment points on the frame, they are located on the side of the frame and there are two threaded holes, this will be the same on both sides of the vehicle. Our first step well go ahead and clean out the threads, well take some spray lubricant and a tube brush and well go ahead and clean out the threads, part number for our tube brush is 814092. Then well go ahead and test fit it with a bolt, if it threads in okay well go on to the next one. more
