Speaker 1: Today, we're going to be looking at the best trailer hitch options for our 2014 Lincoln MKS.Here we have our two best hitch options. We have the Curt and our Draw-Tite. While most of the features between these two hitches are the same, there are a few differences, and we'll cover those now.Our Curt here is gonna have a 350 pound tongue weight, while our Draw-Tite's gonna have a 300 pound tongue weight. While there's not too much of a difference between the two, that could make or break the difference between having a three bike rack or a four bike rack. So you can get that extra bike potentially on your Curt here.Now, it is important that you check your vehicle's owner manual to ensure you're not exceeding its towing capacities. Curt does recommend that you use a stabilization strap when hauling any non-trailer loads. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2014 Lincoln MKS - Hidden Hitch- Video
Today on our on our 2014 Lincoln MKS we're going to review and install the Hidden Hitch class two 1-1/4" receiver tube hitch, part number 90192. Here's what our hitch will look like once it's installed. Now our hitch is mostly hidden behind the rear bumper. Our square crosstube and fully welded design with the nice black powder-coated finish really only shows here at the receiver tube, with our two chain hold downs, our pre-drilled 1/2" hole, and then the 1-1/4" by 1-1/4" receiver tube itself. This hitch is capable of up to 300 pounds of tongue weight and a 3,500 pound tow capacity. Next we'll give you a couple measurements to assist you with selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outermost edge of the bumper is 4-1/2". more
