Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we have a Yakima roof rack with the 60 inch long JetStream bars and the towers. We're gonna take a look at how it fits on the 2018 Ford Escape. If you're looking for a roof rack system, because you wanna carry around accessories like kayaks or baskets or even roof-mounted bike racks, this is gonna be a very strong and sturdy system. Comparing it with some others though, you do have one more adjustment point compared to other racks, it might take a little bit longer, but not that much. Yakima Roof Rack Installation - 2018 Ford Escape y00147- Video

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Ford Escape, we're gonna be test fitting the Yakima RoundBar roof rack system consisting of part numbers Y00408. These are the 48 inch crossbars. We'll also be using part number Y03536, which is the round bar SL adapter kit. And finally part number Y00147 and this are the TimberLine towers for the Yakima crossbar, particularly for factory raised side rails.
