Hi there Toyota owners. Today, on your 2011 Toyota RAV4, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install etrailer's class III two inch trailer hitch receiver. And this is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. The receiver is pretty noticeable here at the back and you are gonna be able to see the cross tube as well. A lot of times the receiver's tucked up underneath, so it's really not noticeable. But on this one, the way it sticks out so far at the back and the angle of the bumper here, you're definitely gonna notice that it's there. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2011 Toyota RAV4 - Draw-Tite- Video
Today on our 2011 RAV4 we're going to be taking a look and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 75235. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. As you can see, the cross tube is visible, however, it is a round tube design so it's going to fit nicely with the contour of the vehicle. It's going to be a Class III hitch, two inch by two inch. You can see we have a reinforced collar to give it a little extra stability on the receiver tube. Hitch pin hole, which is this one here, is going to be 5/8th inch in diameter. more

Today on our 2011 Toyota RAV4, we'll be installing the Curt trailer hitch receiver in a Class III with a 2-inch opening on the receiver, part number C13149. Here's what the hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now, we'll go ahead and give you a couple of measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is approximately 3-3/4 inches. Now, you'll notice that this vehicle has a spare tire on the rear hatch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the spare tire cover is a little over 6 inches. more
