As you can see, it's going to be a bag that installs inside of the factory coil springs. Now, essentially how this works is we're going to inflate the air bags to a varying degree of PSI, depending on how much support we need. That is then in turn, going to stretch out and it's going to make this airbag really stiff here, but what that does is, it sort of prevents the coil springs from compressing as much relative to how much air pressure we have in there.Therefore, if we have a bunch of weight in the bag, and we're experiencing some sagging issues here with our coil springs, we can actually stop them from compressing as much with these airbags here. more

So these are going to help to kind of alleviate a lot of the problems that can happen when you have a lot of weight on the frame of your vehicle. A lot of times it can be kind of top heavy and sway and cause a rougher ride, and just not as great a handling as we'd like to see. Typically these are going to be used for motor homes, big vans, trucks, and things like that. Especially those things again, that are going to be really nice and top heavy. For our air helper springs here, they're going to be an excellent option here for our Silverado. The primary benefit we're going to see is we're going to have reduced sag while we're towing or hauling heavy loads.
