When it comes to picking out a suspension upgrade for your Silverado, there's a lot of different options out there and trying to sort through and figure out what one is gonna be the best setup for your truck. You know, I personally feel like it's really just going to depend on how you use your truck, right Ultimately the upgrades that are available are going to accomplish the same thing more or less. You know, provide you with extra stability, help prevent sagging and things like that. But the differences between 'em, you know, really make a big difference on how you're gonna live with it and use it from day to day. more

Today we have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 that we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs. Air helper springs are going to be a suspension enhancement that is designed to help to some of the load that you have, either in the bed of your truck or on the hitch behind your truck. To show you a little bit better what we mean, we're gonna go underneath the truck and show you what they look like when they're installed. Now, underneath our vehicle you can get a much better look at the airbags and what they're actually accomplishing. So, you can see our bracket here is bolted up to our frame and it's gonna take the place of your jounce bumpers, and it's bolted down to our axle also. more

Hi, John with Etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 series on our 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. If you use your truck like a truck, you know that every time you load it down, your truck kind of sags in the back. And you're gonna get usually a terrible ride, and your headlights are gonna be shooting up as you're going down the road, Air Lift load springs are gonna bring your truck back to the factory ride height, that's gonna be the most comfortable ride and the safest ride. For instance, on our truck today, this truck has already been outfitted with some great storage units in the back of this truck, and it came to us loaded down here. So we're gonna get some measurements on it just to see what their normal day-to-day ride height looks like on this. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 airbags for the rear axle. But before we do that, why don't we check these out and make sure they actually work. So, we'll go ahead, do some before-and-after and see what the effects are. One of the things that we like to do is run our truck through the test course with and without the airbags. That way, we can get a good before-and-after and really some good real-world comparisons. more
