etrailer Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Kia Sedona- Video
Hell neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the etrailer trailer hitch receiver on a 2016 Kia Sedona. Now this is what it's gonna look like when it's installed and this is an exposed cross tube meaning you can see the cross section that attaches to the frame of the vehicle but overall it's tucked in there pretty well. So I think it gives it a pretty decent look overall. And the great part is this is a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening which is gonna be a great universal size for a ton of different accessories. So whether you're loading up bike racks, cargo carriers or even a ball mount, they're all gonna go in place with a 5/8 pin and clip. Now this does not come with the hitch so a lot of your accessories will come with one. more

etrailer Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Kia Sedona- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the etrailer trailer hitch receiver here on a 2019 Kia Sedona. So this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed on our vehicle here. Now it does have a visible cross tube, meaning it hangs down behind the bumper here, but there's not a ton of room up there for you to hide the cross tube so, the visible cross tube is just something we're gonna have to deal with. Now, our entire hitch has a matte powder coated finish which is gonna help it blend in with the underbody paneling on the vehicle. It's gonna help protect the hitch from scratches and it's also gonna help protect it from rust being that it is on the underside of the vehicle, subjected to the elements. So adding a trailer hitch to your Sedona, it's gonna be an excellent option because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Kia Sedona, you're going to be taking a look at, I'm going to show you how to install a Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame trailer hitch receiver, part number seven five eight nine four. Going to be two inch by two inch, hitch pin hole, it's going to be this larger back hole here or most forward hole, it's going to be five eights inch in diameter. It's going to take a standard five eighths inch hitch pin. Now the pin does not come with your kit, however, you can find one on our website using part number PC3.This smaller hole here, this is going to be for a J pin stabilization device. What that does, is that's going to take any shake and play or rattle out of your hitch mode accessories. Here we're going to have plate style safety chain lugs, you can see we're going to very large holes. more

Today on our 2005 Kia Sedona, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, Class III, part number C13340. Here's what it looks like once it's installed. You can see it's a nice, round, tubular design. It's going to sit up flush against the bottom side of our bumper. Got these nice flat safety chain loops with fairly large diameter holes. That's going to allow most of your tow hooks to be able to fit thought there easily. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2011 Kia Sedona - Curt- Video
Today on a 2011 Kia Sedona we are going to review and install the Curt class 3, 2 inch receiver hitch, part number C13345. Now here is what it's going to look like once it is installed. As you can see just below the rear fascia is our completely steel round cross tube, and fully welded constructed hitch. The hitch itself has a nice black powder coated finish to resist rust and corrosion, and the cross tube will lead to our chain hold down on each side. By the spin roll that goes through our receiver tube and our class 3, 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube. The hitch itself is capable of up to 350 lbs of tongue weight and a 3500 lbs tow capacity. Next, we will give you a couple measurements. This will assist you select accessories such as a ball mount, bike rack, or cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hold to the outer most edge of the bumper is approximately 6 inches. From the top of the receiver tube opening down to the ground, is approximately 12 inches. Next, we will go ahead and show you the minimum tools required for installing the hitch. We are going to use our 1/2 inch tube brush and a spray lubricant, 3/4 inch socket, using extension, ratchet, and then our torque wrench. Now let's go ahead and show you just how easy it is to install the hitch. Now that we did our install, let's go ahead and point out the attachment points. Now we are going to have a total of 6 attachment points, 3 on each side. more

Today on our 2015 Kia Sedona we'll be installing the CURT 2" receiver tube hitch, part number C13115. Here's what our hitch will look like once it's installed. We've got a nice black finish with round tube construction for our crosstube. We have our 2" by 2" receiver tube and our chain hold downs. With that construction we have a total of 400 pounds of available tongue weight and 4,000 pounds of towing weight. While the hitch does hang underneath the vehicle a little bit, it's still recessed so it doesn't hang out beyond the bumper. Before we get started with the hitch installation we are going to give you a couple of final installed dimensions that will help make choosing your hitch accessories a little bit easier. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is going to measure 11 inches. From the center of the pin hole to clear the rear edge of the bumper is going to measure approximately 7 inches. Trailer Hitch Installation - 2008 Kia Sedona- Video
Today on this 2008 Kia Sedona we are going to install part number 70761 from Hidden Hitch. This will also apply to part number 75421 from Draw-Tite. The first thing we need to do is lower the exhaust and get it out of the way. To lower the exhaust we are going to remove these two bolts on this hanger. Next we will move up towards the front of the vehicle and remove the two rubber hangers for the muffler. :34 more
