Rob: Hey everybody. Rob here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Roadmaster high powered diode wiring kit on our 2017 Toyota Corolla iM. Now whenever you want to tow your Corolla behind your motor home, it is going to be required by law that you have your light signals match your motorhome. So if we change lanes, we need to have our signals matching back here with a match on our motor home. So everyone around us knows what's going on and we can all be safe. Well, one way to do that is the old way of doing it, is having those magnetic lights. more

Roadmaster Diode 7 to 6 Wire Coil Kit Installation - 2017 Toyota Corolla iM- Video
Today in our 2017 Toyota Corolla IM, we'll be having a look at, and installing the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, part number RM-15267. Here's what our Diode kit looks like installed and functioning. As you can see, there's nothing visible on the outside of the vehicle as far as the wiring is concerned. We only have the six pole round connector on the front and what this does is eliminates the need for us to use magnetic tow lights on our vehicle or flat towing it behind our RV. It utilizes the factory lights already in the car. We don't have to do any drilling to add a secondary bulb and socket to our vehicle's taillight assembly. more
