How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the JetStream Roof Rack System on our 2023 Chevrolet Silverado. Adding a roof rack to the top of your Silverado is gonna help solve the issue of getting those bigger bulkier items on the road with you without taking up space inside the vehicle or in the bed. When you add a roof rack system like this guy right here, it allows you to use roof baskets, roof cargo carriers, or kayak or bike carriers. You open up your options using this negative space on top of your truck. The JetStreams are an aero style crossbar, so it's very similar to an airplane's wing and what that does for you, it helps reduce the wind noise you experience. On the top, you can see that you also have a rubber strip that's gonna allow you to access your T track channel where you can plug in your accessories, tighten them down without having to trim to size. more

Hi, Matt with the etrailer. Today, we're gonna be talking about the Rhino-Rack Roof System with the Aero Bars on our 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. In most cases, I'd recommend someone get a ladder rack as opposed to a roof rack, but your circumstance might differ. Maybe you're trying to be a little bit more economic or maybe you just don't wanna deal with getting around the ladder rack in the back of your bed, maybe it's just kind of in the way. Or maybe you want to use it in conjunction with your ladder rack and roof rack. So maybe you have those larger items that stick out pretty far, and you need multiple points to secure your items up top with. more

Hi, Matt with etrailer. Today we're gonna be talking about the Yakima BedRock on the 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. The BedRock's gonna be a good choice for you if you don't want to get a roof rack since that's gonna be up front on the top of your vehicle and it's not gonna be able to carry as much stuff since it has a lower weight capacity. And it's gonna be a great choice if you don't want to invest in a ladder rack since this is gonna be at a lower price point than a ladder rack. And it's gonna sit a little bit closer to your vehicle so it's not gonna take up as much room but you're still gonna be able to utilize the maximum amount of space for your bed. The system's gonna be comprised of three pieces so we're gonna have our HD crossbars up top. more

Adam: What's going on, everybody Adam, here with the trailer. Today, we're going to be taking at the Yakima LockNLoad Platform-Style Rack on our 2020 Chevrolet Silverado.It's going to be a great way to add a little bit of spice to your guys' Silverado. It's going to add a really cool tactical off-road look, and this is going to be built for off-road applications. So if you guys are putting it on your roof or on these BedRock HD bars on the bed, it's going to be able to hold against all of those bumps and rattles and stuff if you guys do plan on going off-road. It is going to be made of aluminum, so you don't have to worry about it rusting away over time, has a nice, really cool looking black powder coated finish, kind of goes with the OEM look of all the black trim on our Silverado here.I have it on the bed right here. I kind of like this look just because I love the bed bars that Yakima has. more

Yakima Roof Rack Review - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500- Video
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Series Crew Cab we're going to be test fitting the Yakima Roof Rack System. We're going to be using part number Y00409 for the fifty-eight inch crossbar. Also going to be using part number Y00607 and that's for the Q Clips Fit Kit right here. Also going to be using Y00124 for the Q Tower Foot Pack. Now we've already got the front crossbar installed along with foot packs, and we've got one of the foot packs on this fifty-eight inch crossbar right here. What I'd like to do is show you how to assemble the final Q tower here. more

Yakima Q Tower Roof Rack Installation - 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500- Video
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 model we're going to be test fitting the Yakima Q Towers Roof Rack System using the 66 inch round bars. This will include part number Y00410, Y00124, Y00607, and Y00607. With our rack assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions, we'll begin our test fit by opening our front doors and placing the front half of our rack onto the front roof line of our vehicle. Per Yakima's fit guide, we're going to measure 11 1/4 inches from the back edge of our windshield to the front edge of our foot pack. We'll do this measurement on both sides to ensure that we have the feet in-line with one another. With our measurement done on both sides, we'll now pull down on the black levers. This is going to firmly secure our rack to the roof line of our vehicle. With the front secure, it's now time to put the rear on. more

Yakima Q Tower Roof Rack Installation - 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Y00124- Video
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 model we're going to test fitting the Yakima Q Towers Roof Rack System using the 53 inch round bars. We'll use part numbers Y00409, Y00124, Y00607, and Y00607. With our roof rack assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions, we're going to open the front door of our truck, grab the front half of our rack and place it onto the front edge of our roof. Per Yakima's fit guide, we'll need to measure 11 1/4 inches from the rear edge of our windshield to the leading edge of our foot pack. We'll do this measurement on both sides to be sure that we have our feet in-line with each other. With our measurement done on both sides, we'll now pull down on the black lever on the Q Tower. This will secure the front rack to the front portion of our roof. more
