Thule Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Rogue- Video

Today on our 2012 Nissan Rogue well be test fitting the Thule Crossroads Roof Rack System, part numbers thlb50, and th450. Well begin our test fit by placing the front load bar onto the front of our roof. Now theres a cutout from the anchor point of the raised side rails and the horizontal bar that runs across which we will use as our fixed point. Well make sure the distance from the first part of the foot to this fixed point is equal on both the passenger and drivers side to ensure the front load bar is perpendicular to the raised side rails of our Rogue. Once weve established this position onto our roof, well then pop off the end cap to bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the underside of the raised side rail. Well then hook them back into position and use the included Allen key to tighten down the black bolt to bring the rubber-coated steel straps up tightly against the side rail. more

Today on our 2012 Nissan Rogue, we'll be test fitting the Thule Complete Crossroad kit, with 50" long bars and locks, part number TH45050. We'll begin our test fit by placing the front load bar onto the front of our roof. Now there's a cutout from the anchor point of the raised side rails and the horizontal bar that runs across, which we will use as our fixed point. We'll make sure the distance from the first part of the foot to this fixed point is equal on both the passenger and driver side, to ensure the front load bar is perpendicular to the raised side rails of our Rogue. Once we've established this position onto our roof, we'll then pop off the end cap to bring the rubber coated steel straps around the underside of the raised side rail. We'll then hook them back into position and use the included Allen key to tighten down the black bolt to bring the rubber-coated steel straps up tightly against the side rail. more

Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Rogue- Video

Today on our 2012 Nissan Rogue, we'll be test fitting the Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system, part numbers THARB53 and TH450R. We'll begin our test fit by placing the front load bar onto the raised side rails of our roof. Now there's a cutout on the raised side rail from the part that anchors into the roof and to the elongated parallel rails on the raised side rails. We'll set the feet on both sides of the vehicle right next to these cutouts to make sure that the front load bar is perpendicular to the raised side rails of our Rogue. Once we've established this position, we'll then pop off the end cap to bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the underside of the raised side rails. We'll then use the included Allen key at the end of the end cap to tighten down the black Allen bolt to bring the straps up around tightly against the raised side rails. more
