Today on our 2013 Toyota Tundra we're going to review and install the CURT class five 2" receiver tube hitch, part number C15398. Now here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. The CURT Extra Duty has got a really large square crosstube. It's a completely steel and fully welded design. It's got a really nice black powder-coated finish to resist that rust and corrosion that can build up over time. On each side of our receiver tube is large chain hold downs. more

Next we'll go ahead and give you a couple ofmeasurements to assist you with selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the centre of thehitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is 1. From the top of the inside of the receivertube opening to the ground is 18. This will assist you in selecting accessories, such as a ball mount,bike rack or cargo carrier. Now lets go ahead with installation.First we'll need to remove the angle brackets that are located on the inside of the framerail, near thebumper on both sides. more

This iswhat our hitch will look like once its installed.Next we'll go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you with selecting accessoriesfor your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is 1.From the top of the inside of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 18. This will assist you inselecting accessories such as a ball mount, bike rack, or cargo carrier. Now lets go ahead withinstallation.First we'll need to remove the angle brackets that are located on the inside of the frame rail near thebumper, on both sides. To remove the brackets, there are a total of four fasteners for each. more

Today on our 2013 Toyota Tundra well be installing the Drawtite Ultra frame hitch part #: 41935. This is what our hitch will look like once its installed. Next, well go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you with selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outermost edge of the bumper is two inches. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 18 and a quarter inches. This will assist you with selecting accessories such as a ball mount, a bike rack or a cargo carrier. more
