Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the best custom fit vehicle wiring options for the 2013 Volvo XC90. Now here are what our wiring harnesses are going to look like when you pull them out of the packaging. Now the biggest differences you're going to see between the two kits I think are going to be reliability and power output. Now both of these converter boxes are going to give us the level of power that we're going to need for any standard size trailer. If you get into a trailer that has a lot of incandescent lights on it, the CURT's probably going to be the way to go. It offers three amps per turn and brake signal, so three amps for the left, three amps for the right, and it gives us six amps for our running light circuit. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2013 Volvo XC90- Video
All right today 2013 Volvo XC90 we're going to install part number 118411 from Tow Ready. Okay, the first thing that we need to do is go ahead and open up the back hatch, and we need to remove the rear floor panel to get access down to the spare tire area. Well also youre going to remove two small panels next to it, one on each side, and also the two side panels. That gives us access to the two tail lights. All right, once we've gotten access to our wiring, we can go ahead and start installing our T wiring parts. First off we're going to take the T connector with yellow wire, starting on the drivers side, well go ahead and route it underneath the side panel, and then we'll go ahead and run it up to our connection point. more
