Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options available for the 2003 GMC Sierra 3500 Chassis Cab. We have our CURT, part number C15800. In the middle we have our Draw-Tite, part number 41947. At the bottom here we have another CURT, part number C15400. Now while all of these are class 5s, they all have ups and downs to each one of them. Let's go ahead and take a look at some of their differences. Trailer Hitch Installation - 2003 GMC Sierra - Curt- Video
Today in our 2003 GMC Sierra well be installing the Curt hitch, part number 13322. Here is what our hitch will look like once installed.Next were going to give a couple of measurements to assist you in selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pinhole, to the outermost edge, to the bumper is 2 inches. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 17 inches. This will assist you with selecting accessories such as a ball mount, bike rake or cargo carrier. Now well ahead with the installation.
