Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness Installation - 2016 Land Rover Evoque- Video
Hey everyone, Shane here with etrail.com, today, I have a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, and I wanna walk you through how to install the Tekonsha ZCI Wiring Harness. Nice thing about the DCI wiring harness is it doesn't require us to tie into the factory wiring on the vehicle. It has a little box, you lay the wire in it, and it reads the signal as it passes over that box. That makes it nice because we're not damaging any of our wiring. There is a little bit of extra involved with installing it, that way, however, again, this type of wiring would be good if you are leasing this vehicle and you have to turn it in, you know, after your three-year lease, or five-year lease is up, if you don't have anything damaged on it, you can take this wiring and you can switch it over to the new vehicle you're gonna be using. This wiring is gonna give you the four-pole plug to allow you to tow a trailer, to give you all the proper lighting functions. more
